I don't have any doubts that the Pentagon covers up and lies to the public. But I remain unconvinced that the United States military could be the only organisation on Earth to harbour the secret of alien visitation. I think it's more likely the military is paranoid about letting out what it knows and even worse, what it doesn't know.
This continuous policy of promotion and denial is what enables the military to hide secret testing and use UFO reports as a method to do so.
The UFO phenomenon affects the whole world but is mainly detected in the airspace. The US military has more advanced equipment and covers a larger area.
I think many UFO cases were used or invented as an intelligence strategy during the Cold War. But in the 90s the phenomenon had to resize instead they always used the "promotion and denial" strategy.
Then came Corso's book and Greer's Disclosure Project, I think these events led to the opening of UFO archives by different nations.
It is clear that the UFO phenomenon cannot be just a way to cover up secret military tests.
The UFO problem is very large: crop circles, Marian apparitions ... are often accompanied by UFO sightings.

I don't quite get what you mean. There are also civilian radars, satellites and sensor systems in almost every nation across the world. So far no one has confirmed anything of unearthly origin under intelligent control. Perhaps we missed a chance with Oumuamua? Maybe it was jut a big rock?
By the end of the 90ss ufology was living on the fumes of X-Files driven paranoia. Roswell's 50th anniversary showed how it had become just another part of the entertainment industry. With much of the more serious research almost blinking out like the Phoenix Lights in 1997.
It was mainly decisions taken in those separate nations and the expansion of the World Wide Web. Which allowed an efficient and cheap way of distributing document archives. Nothing to do with either of them
Corso's book was full of inaccuracies. Claiming technology we now have comes directly from the Roswell crash. When in fact we already had technology to build paper, sticks and rubber .
Greer may have started out with honest intentions, but rapidly became a charlatan and a grifter.
Crop circles are very much man made. Rural graffiti. No one claims aliens create urban graffiti, do they? But never mind.

This might reveal a few things about Big Bobelow....
He rarely gives interviews.
Since AARO was established, I have referred four witnesses to them who claim to have knowledge of a secret U.S. government program involving the analysis and exploitation of materials recovered from off-world craft.
For some reason, when I listen to Mishlove, I think this guy seems like a charismatic cult leader who could invite us over to be part of his cult, then offer us some special kool-aid when the next comet passes by so we can leave our earthly bodies and join the aliens passing by on the comet. Just a crazy thought, maybe I heard too much about heavens gate.

....Any person currently or formerly under contract with the Federal Government that has in their possession material or information provided by or derived from the Federal Government relating to unidentified anomalous phenomena that formerly or currently is protected by any form of special access or restricted access shall—
(1) not later than 60 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, notify the Director of such possession; and
(2) not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, make available to the Director for assessment, analysis, and inspection—
(A) all such material and information; and
(B) a comprehensive list of all non-earth origin or exotic unidentified anomalous phenomena material.

Interesting.
This effectively means that Bob Lazar now has to notify the Director of AARO within 60 days of enactment that he has buried Element 115 somewhere. He will then have to provide this material within 180 days.
Really? What about his stories on Joe Rogan's show that he and his buddies liked to hoax UFO sightings at campsites? Sounds to me like he was grifting the campers and loving it. At least he thought he was; I don't know if I've heard any UFO reports from those campsites but I think most UFOs sightings go unreported.

If you havent listened yet- give it a go as I haven't see anything even remotely grifter like in any of his appearances so far.
What about TD Barnes? He used to work at area-51 and is the president of the "club" or association of ex-A51 employees called the "roadrunners", and he informs about S-4 in this interview:

I believe….Lazar is the last one, still with a pulse…..all the rest of the S-4 informers are pushing daisies.
