India doesn't have such a law but certain states hae parites which don't take kindly to workers flooding in and "usurping" jobs of the land..
Luckily these parties are not in power..

they dont have an law like that... if we had a law like that we wouldn't have a 10% under poverty line. all those people are wandering migrants.

i think you were trying to refer to old china.. mao zedong etc..
And for the bits about not being able to Criticize the government. your allowed to Criticize the government to a certain extent.

eg. yangzte river dam where to build roads airports. mine explosions.

the thing not allowed to say

eg. new government anti-chinese. saying something bad about human rights. (HATE HIPPIES)

and the bad things written about the chinese government are mostly in chinese website. you can find tons in chinese forums.

I remember I was in China until I was 13, back in 1999, My dad moved all around China , I believe there was nothing stopping him from doing projects in other states (He is an architect). If you are refering to Mao Zedong, that was more than 30 years ago, things have changed since then.

they are not totally free

Chinese cities have taken different approaches to dealing with what some call "liumang" or troublemakers, blaming them for crime and crowding urban transportation systems. Many cities such as Beijing require migrant workers, most of whom are 17 to 35 year-old men, to buy temporary work permits, with sanctions imposed on workers and their employers if migrants are caught without work permits.

Until the late 1980s, China's household registration system prevented large-scale internal migration, since persons not registered could not secure subsidized housing or food coupons. As China has permitted markets and prices to substitute for rationing, Chinese residents were freer to migrate--three-fourths of China's 1.2 billion people live in the northern and inland areas that have not boomed with the rest of China.

Today, well established networks guide young rural men to particular construction sites and, increasingly, young rural women to particular factories. China is attempting to dampen the demand-pull of urban jobs by charging ever higher prices for urban work permits, and reduce the supply-push of low rural wages by accelerating rural growth.

they called this law "Hukou" but good news is that after entring WTO china need to scrapp this law.

The system of permits, known as hukou, was devised in the late 1950s as China adopted communist central planning.

The permits assign every Chinese citizen to a home district, outside of which they have few rights to welfare benefits, medical care or schooling.

The Ministry of Public Security, which administers the hukou system, confirmed on 27 August that hukou will be scrapped within five years because it puts "excessive constraints" on labour mobility.

Yes, the law is being scrapped to cope with labour shortages in major cities.

You should see major cities during the Chinese new year, it is literally empty.

During the CNY, all the migrant workers go home and cities like Shanghai are empty.

Umm, someone here doesn't know what he's talking about.

Liumang are perverts, the people who watch adult films and look under girl'
s skirts.

Hu Kou is your equivilant to the Maple Leaf Card of Canada. Signifying your citizenship (since there is no immigrants in China, we are not a immigration country). Hu Kou is not a law, its a source of identification.

I am not really familar with army vehicles, but I am not sure if they copied us, or they simply made a vehicle for war.

China has been accused of this, I remember that they had one of our spy planes and they were using the plane to make it.

They will copy us, it is inevitable, I actually take it as a complment.

We already know half the world is copying us!

Plus, the F-35 a copy?
That one is laughable.
The U.S. makes the same weapons as other counties with the same or better capabilities, is that copying?
