b) I think the bolded stringer 11-9bd-23 matches, in hours and seconds, to the Timestamp/Mirror Time of Q4005 (23:23:32/23:32:23) because 11pm is 23 in military time.



2) Q4004's "Why would in-game chat be disabled during [FF event(s)]?" is, I think, referring to the the fact that deep state players BET on the outcome of False Flags.

Actually, that makes more sense:

When you consider that Covington & Burling were working against Flynn from the beginning, it makes perfect sense. "Let's put Mike Flynn back in the news?" = His attorneys make a statement that makes him look as guilty as possible.
