Israel to hold world’s first drill to test readiness for new Covid variant

Israel is to conduct the world’s first national Covid drill to test the country’s readiness for an outbreak of a new and lethal variant of the virus.

Probably a smart move - better to be prepared, hey?

Now, i'm certainly not saying this is so, but my naturally suspicious resting state can't help but think that if (completely hypothetically) the vaccine was designed to cull the population, then those that designed it that way would now be anticipating a cliff edge of deaths to begin rolling out anytime soon.

If this unlikely scenario were to unfold, then what better narrative to explain the sudden slew of mass deaths than a new 'lethal' variant?

Like i said - not something i necessarily believe, but just as Israel like to prepare via drills, my humble grey matter likes to prepare by imagining all the possibilities, however unlikely, or undesirable.

The Guardian has an article today about As Covid recedes in US a new worry emerges: wildlife passing on the virus.

Animals may be a reservoir for Covid, even if we manage to stop it transmitting between humans.
Only Mink to human transmission has been noticed so far with certainty.

Yep, similar story running today in the UK:

A dog has tested positive for Covid - the first documented case of its kind in the UK - officials have confirmed.

Could it have mutated enough to be effective against Canines now ?
It's been known that Felines were susceptible, and Gorilla's and such, and also Hyena's/Coyote's as I remember from a Zoo somewhere recently.

We're in a new 'uptick' right now here.
Not sure if it's a new wave or just a 'blip', time, as usual, will tell.

Update on AY.4.2 (aka Delta-Plus, aka Delta4-2)

over 13% now.

With all the bluff and double bluff potential from our our so called leaders and journalists it’s impossible to know, imho.

I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s been rife in pets all along and they’ve only just started to spot this.

Or if they knew this long ago and kept it under wraps so as not to panic people, waiting til it’s useful to announce it… such as when there’s the idea of a second booster to sell to the public’s growing cynicism (there always seems to be a deluge of bad Covid news when there’s a new booster on the block and good Covid news between times when they want us all back to work.

Then again this new pet-menace could be complete lies to add to that deluge of get-jabbed-now propaganda.

In one of the earlier "parts" in this series it was noted that China was killing dogs on the street in an effort to control the virus. So this has been known for quite a long time.

Honestly it would probably be interesting to read this series from the beginning some day. -> www.abovetopsecret.com... So much seems to have been forgotten.

Yes but the dog wasn't that worried until they put it on Madzolan and a respirator.

I had corona about six weeks ago. It started as a odd pressure around my lungs and a low grade fever. Day two my knees hurt bad enough that it was hard to walk. The first day I took two magnesium with zinc and vitamin D and one pack of Emergen-C
. Then apple cider vinegar with water and lemon juice. I did this twice a day morning and evening. By day four I felt fine. I know they have found genetic markers for the more serious cases and I guess that I do not fall into that category but I know that this helped a lot.

Austria orders nationwide lockdown for unvaccinated

Just a government in panic, or the next phase in a planned rollout of depopulation by indirectly enforcing the vaccines?

A move like this is surely more power to those touting agenda 21. What will they do to offenders? Fines, tagging? If they’re accusing people of endangering others by mixing without a vaccination, then they can’t be seen to incarcerate those offenders in prisons alongside vaccinated prisoners. That’d make a fool of this law.

Maybe we’ll finally find out what all those fema camps were made for.

Fingers crossed it’s simply a government in panic grasping in the dark for a policy and unaware, like so many, that vaccination has never prevented infection and infecting others, but only lessons the symptoms should a you get infected.

Considering it’s now more or less accepted wisdom that Boris has been pursuing herd immunity since the begin of Covid it’d be no surprise to learn that Boris had withheld news that dogs are spreaders, just like humans. He’d no doubt think that good news - get everyone infected and ‘immune’ that much quicker.

I doubt he’s ever given two sh1ts how many old people die, if it keeps the workforce downtime to a minimum, therefore his donors dividends to the maximum possible in a pandemic.

It’s concentration camp logic being employed by the Boris and his advisors.

Not a fan of Boris myself, but he and his advisors have rather markedly gone down the vaccination route whereby most of the UK population is now double jabbed.

So why do you claim he's going for "herd immunity"? Clearly, he isn't.

Because his own science advisor let it slip in a March 2021 briefing that they were aiming for herd immunity. Then Cummings testified in at the enquiry that this remained Boris’ objective throughout. And looking at his decisions to constantly delay lockdowns, encourage Xmas gatherings, cocking up test and trace and buying the wrong PPE.

Just about everything he did added to the infection rate… Is anyone really that stupid - that incompetent? At what point do you stop saying ‘oh he’s just being stupid again’, and ask if maybe these mistakes might not be mistakes at all, since they all contribute to the herd policy that keeps sticking to him despite his denials.

Any of these things in isolation can possibly be excused, or explained by his apparent idiocy. Together I think they make a good case for the prosecution. I personally don’t buy the his clown persona; I think that’s his way of dodging responsibility and squirming out of the endless scandals emanating from his venal leadership.

Plus the pandemic was an extremely timely mess in which to hide any bad economic repercussions that may have emerged from Brexit manifesting at the start of this year. He may have found himself hoping the pandemic chaos would at least not rectify itself before then.

Btw, why are the vaccine rollout and herd immunity mutually exclusive. If you’re of a mind that the quicker everyone gets Covid and weed out those we need lockdowns to protect, the quicker we get the workforce back to maximum capacity and the dividends rolling back in to his and his chums offshore accounts. if that’s the ruthless, money is king and life is cheap mindset then vaccines and herd immunity are pushing in the same direction.

Cummings said that was Boris' reaction, at the start of the pandemic. Since then, it's all been about vaccinations. Which totally contradicts your claims about herd immunity being the thing.

They actually think that a resistance movement is not formed disciplined and ready. They have been in their own cloud cuckoo land and have not noticed that. When it goes off it will not be pretty.

As I said in my previous reply, I don’t see herd immunity policy, which amounts to getting everyone infected in order to create natural immunity and immunity created by vaccines as mutually exclusive.

If the PM wants Covid in the rear view mirror ASAP at any cost, then both herd immunity policy and vaccination rollout compliment one another. The price is that many will die in the process, as has played out. As Cummings said of Boris, he doesn’t care if old people die.

So, can you explain to my exactly how herd immunity policy and vaccination rollout contradict one another, please?
