Looking at Watkins' GPS track, she is just swinging about at anchor as the tides change. Placeholder destination is listed as Earle, NJ, which is a Naval Weapons Station, with a placeholder date of 6/22/2020. [POTUS birthday is 6/14, so no magic there] The vessel is a Roll On Roll Off ship designed for vehicles, including heavy trucks/trailers. With large open internal decks, it could be modified to contain prisoners or they could just be held in special containers or other spaces. Dock in NYC, drive the prisoners on in unmarked/closed vehicles and then drive them off at some destination -- Cuba, for example. This is a very large vessel so if it is used as a prison ship it should be able to contain a large number of prisoners.

Her top speed is 24 knots and cruising speed is 18 knots so a trip to GTMO from NYC would be about 3 to 5 days depending on course, speed, intermediate stops, etc. Any USN escort vessels could easily keep up. Personally, I'd put Watkins in a Carrier Task Group and let the world watch while I'd fly any big dogs there in separate military aircraft on training mission flight plans.

Watkins could also be a Q head fake, of course. I can hear Simon and Garfunkel singing "Adrenochrome" now....

Just gotta roll my eyes, shake my head, and laugh. Everything in the media is contrived feeding off our energy. Maybe if we all think of a specific number to burn into our sub-conscious than something good, positive will happen. Note, numbers 11, 13, 19, 23, 33 are forbidden and 17 has been obfuscated in the noosphere by the media jackals. They've tainted everything. IDK, the Alice in Wonderland effect has been running full tilt man-the-lifeboats this month.

When I was young around 10ish I had a scar on my shoulder from a vaccine, polio I think. I had it for years and years. Funny it’s gone now and I have no memory of it going away.

That was a vaccination for TB. Scar on shoulder.

Polio was an injection in the 1950's and an oral pill later. I was in Pittsburgh Public Schools and we got the Salk vaccine before anyone else. Guinea pigs. It was interesting: we were in a long line at the nurse's office, in one door, zap, out the other. They asked us a few questions on the way in but no one I know of was disqualified. I don't remember but I think we had signed permission slips from parents. Polio was a nasty disease and most parents were more than willing to give the vaccine a try.
