Looking at Watkins' GPS track, she is just swinging about at anchor as the tides change. Placeholder destination is listed as Earle, NJ, which is a Naval Weapons Station, with a placeholder date of 6/22/2020. [POTUS birthday is 6/14, so no magic there] The vessel is a Roll On Roll Off ship designed for vehicles, including heavy trucks/trailers. With large open internal decks, it could be modified to contain prisoners or they could just be held in special containers or other spaces. Dock in NYC, drive the prisoners on in unmarked/closed vehicles and then drive them off at some destination -- Cuba, for example. This is a very large vessel so if it is used as a prison ship it should be able to contain a large number of prisoners.

Her top speed is 24 knots and cruising speed is 18 knots so a trip to GTMO from NYC would be about 3 to 5 days depending on course, speed, intermediate stops, etc. Any USN escort vessels could easily keep up. Personally, I'd put Watkins in a Carrier Task Group and let the world watch while I'd fly any big dogs there in separate military aircraft on training mission flight plans.

....it was just a play on the # 23.....and get the old gears turning again, upstairs, living off beer and beef jerky, a skill I learned in USAF. ..deployed. Had to do these brain riddles to stay sharp and focused. ...in a fun way. Yes I was deployed with all the beer I wanted to drink. I mentioned Air Force..we are like the kindergarten of the Military ..a far as a boots on the ground swing a gun sort of way. I landed in black heels...heh. Thanks for particapitating !

The first pipe organ served not as a musical instrument; rather, it is theorized that the design was to show how hydraulics worked. However, inadvertently, the 'organum' made cool sounds, too; so, was the design 'tweaked' for creating music?

The Egyptians apparently used the Great Pyramid of Giza as an 'organum' for sound therapy. I don't think that was its only purpose; it may also have been a power station to generate electricity (light) using hydraulics.

I read about this long ago; I wish I could remember....it's sitting right there on the edge of my memory.

I hope someone knows what the hell I'm talking about, lol!
