First, we were told on Twitter that Kuester was in a secret cabal location in Austria. The words "FRESH PRODUCE" painted on the wall behind him made that assertion likely to be false.

Yep, withhold funds from states with lower populations because the numbers aren't as high as larger metropolitan areas -- sounds like a good plan. 🙄
