U.S. Orders Up To A Yearlong Break On Mortgage Payments

Homeowners who have lost income or their jobs because of the coronavirus outbreak are getting some relief. Depending on their situation, they should be eligible to have their mortgage payments reduced or suspended for up to 12 months.

Federal regulators, through the mortgage giants Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, are ordering lenders to offer homeowners flexibility. The move covers about half of all home loans in the U.S. — those guaranteed by Fannie and Freddie. But regulators expect that the entire mortgage industry will quickly adopt a similar policy.

I think we're up to around $2 Trillion rescue package according to Kudlow.

Think about how some of his messages sound in the context of this pandemic.

I'm concerned that the pandemic will make any publicly acknowledged arrests very difficult.
The Pres would be accused of opportunistically taking advantage of a horrible crisis to clean house.
Or he would be accused of creating the crisis to be able to make arrests.
Neither one would play well with the average person who has had their life turned upside down.

As I said in my previous post that 29th March is when we put the clocks forward - the beginning of more light hours and shorter darkness hours. 29 March = 113 = A M = morning. Morning is dawn, Light after the darkness.

We also have a very strange comet that was discovered on 28 December 2019, it is called C/19 and named 'Comet ATLAS' which is an acronym of Asteroid Terrestrial-impact Last Alert System . ..

The comet's moniker is an acronym for Asteroid Terrestrial-impact Last Alert System (ATLAS), a robotic astronomical survey system based in Hawaii and optimized for detecting smaller near-Earth objects a few weeks to a few days before their closest approach. But on occasion, the survey will also find a comet.

When astronomers first spotted Comet ATLAS in December, it was in Ursa Major and was an exceedingly faint object, close to 20th magnitude. That's about 398,000 times dimmer than stars that are on the threshold of naked-eye visibility. At the time, it was 273 million miles (439 million kilometers) from the sun.

When I first saw this comet's name, 'Comet ATLAS', I actually read it as 'Come ATLAST', and this is what drew me to read on.

What's strange is this comet is behaving differently . ..

But comets typically brighten as they approach the sun, and at its closest, on May 31, Comet ATLAS will be just 23.5 million miles (37.8 million km) from the sun. Such a prodigious change in solar distance would typically cause a comet to increase in luminosity by almost 11 magnitudes, enough to make ATLAS easily visible in a small telescope or a pair of good binoculars, although quite frankly nothing really to write home about.

Except, since its discovery, the comet has been brightening at an almost unprecedented speed. As of March 17, ATLAS was already magnitude +8.5, over 600 times brighter than forecast. As a result, great expectations are buzzing for this icy lump of cosmic detritus, with hopes it could become a stupendously bright object by the end of May.

Now, here is the conundrum regarding Comet ATLAS: Until a couple of weeks ago, it was brightening at an astounding rate. That brightening has slowed somewhat, but it is still an impossible rate of brightening to maintain. Were ATLAS to continue to brighten at this rate all the way to its closest approach to the sun at the end of May, it would end up rivaling the planet Venus in brightness!

This comet is super-bright, and by strange coinkydink on 29 March (113), the same day more daylight hours begins, this comet stays where it is and shines bright throughout the month of April . ..

The only thing left to do is to track Comet ATLAS in the days and weeks ahead. Fortunately, its path in March and April will be very favorable for Northern Hemisphere observers, as it will be circumpolar and always remain above the horizon. As darkness falls, it will be positioned more than halfway up in the north-northwest sky. Right now, the comet is in western Ursa Major, and it will shift into the boundaries of Camelopardalis the Giraffe — a rather dim, shapeless star pattern — by March 29. There it will stay, right on through the month of April.

The number 113/311 is bringing more Light on top of longer daylight hours, and this double-dose of Light will last throughout April.
April is 4/20 = D T.

I don't make predictions, but I have a very strong sense that April is going to be an interesting show. April show-ers. Rain-'drops'. More daylight/113. Comet ATLAS/113. Come ATLAST.

I feel like someone here posted that the Georgia Guidestones were vandalized. & to whoever got them. I have never heard of this Wanaka tree. That also got vandalized recently, and in a manner of deep symbolism.

I figured it would be a good bone for to board to chew on for a bit. And while the Guidestone vandalism was reported Sept 3rd of last year, the Wanaka tree was reported early March 18th. As in three days ago.

The pruning of the lower branches and leaving them on the shore. The cabal symbolism of the tree itself, and its name history. The link covers it far better than I ever could, but whatvdoes ATS think about it?
