Norah O'Donell going crazy.....we have a "Constitutional Crisis". Lol sure.

Except that it's only the Legislative (Dems) going off about how the Judicial and Executive are being "Unconstitutional".

They are sure trying to keep viewers interested. Can't wait till they vote to dismiss with some Democratic Senators voting for dismissal as well.

I guess those Senators will be DINOS.

I don't care how it effects this trial.

I am an american citizen and I want to hear everything.
I don't want anyone in the congress telling me what I do or do not need to hear.

Unfortunately that’s what happened at the voting booth. You either elect someone who mirrors your opinions or someone else’s. It’s a mixed bag for each citizen.

The Bidens would plead the 5th.
Bolton’s testimony doesn’t matter because it’s based on what Trump “said” at a snapshot in time and not what he actually did.

2pm - Trump tells Bolton he wants to put pressure on Ukraine to investigate crimes by Bidens and others associated with 2016 election.

4pm - Pompeo/Barr tell Trump that’s a QpQ he wants to stay away from. Trump changes his mind and decides not to tie investigations to aid. Just ask Prez to look into it.

Crime committed? Nope.

Pleading the 5th is admitting guilt without specifically saying it.

Warrants to Spy on Trump Campaign Lacked Probable Cause, DOJ Admits

Two of the FBI’s four applications for warrants under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act to spy on a Trump campaign adviser lacked probable cause and should not have been issued in the first place.

That’s the stunning admission by the Justice Department, contained in a recent court filing with the secretive Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court in Washington.

What’s more, the FBI made “material misstatements and omissions” in those two warrant applications, according to the Justice Department, and the agency isn’t using information from any of the four warrants now.

You have no idea what any of them would say. Because they hasn't said it yet. The repubs wont let them speak.

If a witness has NOT given prior testimony under oath in a deposition, how on earth can they be a witness in a trial?

Bolton enters Senate and says, "DJT, yeah, he cool," and walks out. What exactly is the Senate going to use to validate or invalidate his contention?

How on earth can you challenge a witness if you have ZERO testimony to compare it to? Documents? Oh yes, NYPravda is the standard - I forgot.

These people cannot be this stupid. Seriously, they just cannot be. Seriously people cannot see what the Dems did? They set it all up so they are the victims of conspiracy, collusion, obstruction and violating the spirit of the law.

Want to know why the "house managers" desks are messy? It's to make it look like they are pouring over mountains of evidence. It's all fake!

They built in the excuse BEFORE they even started. They are not victims, this was how the ENTIRE thing was created in the first place.

The reason they failed to call anyone but yammering partisan opinion hacks was so they can claim the are the victims of a Bias and Traitorous Senate. They said so in the opening "arguments"!

Is it the fluoride, the enemedia, the schooling? This is truly disheartening.

It takes Q's repeated phrase, "these people are stupid", to a whole new level.

The House Managers are, however, very animated, dramatic, and they use lots and lots of hyperbolic "what ifs". It's almost like watching a movie.

That's a bad way of thinking about your Constitutional rights.

"I have nothing to hide so it's okay that the government shows up at my house and searches it whenever they want without a warrant."

Your rights are like muscles: use them, exercise them, or they get atrophied while you're not paying attention.

And in today's atmosphere of the FIB creating crimes *cough*Admiral Flynn *cough* best just keep your mouth shut, because an ordinary citizen can have no idea what crime they'll be committing, even if telling the truth.
