Variety is the key to proper nutrition. Eating just one of these foods won’t be enough to help fight off the flu, even if you eat it constantly. Pay attention to serving sizes and recommended daily intake so that you don’t get too much of a single vitamin and too little of others.

Funny, it didn't mention peanut butter or blueberries specifically, two of my main go tos I stand by.

Senate tied up in Impeachment at critical time when voters can decide in a few months.

It's not like the people don't already know who they want to vote for.
Everyone makes it seem like the people will forget all about who's running if they don't campaign for a few months.
We all know their busy.

Adam Schiff seems to be auditioning for some part. What a drama queen he is. When I think of the reason this has been brought to the Senate, I want to laugh at that bug-eyed pervert, but the seriousness of it makes me just feel gobsmacked.
