Amazon's Ring app is handing over user data to Facebook, Google and other third-parties without permission, reveals a new report

Amazon's Ring is under fire yet again after security experts discovered that the Android app is sending customer information to third parties.

The names, private IP addresses, mobile network carriers, persistent identifiers and sensor data were discovered in the exchange with Facebook and Google, among others.

The report also found that some Ring users whose identity was shared with Facebook do not have an account with the social media network.

Back in 2016, when the Dem polemics starting heating up, I told some people they were re-living the 1920s Bolshevik destruction of the Mensheviks through verbal condemnation and rank insult. I am convinced they thought since that tactic worked back then in Russia, it could work in the USA of today.

Many iterations of "deplorables" later, it seems to have backfired for the Dem Party. Their refusal to gracefully admit defeat in 2016 and subsequent dysfunctional political behavior deserves to be remembered with contempt.

What I don't get is this nonsense is being pushed by kids drinking Starbucks in the AM and IPA's at night. Using high speed internet to surf the world.

I get why farm workers strike, or why teachers bitch, but these are kids who have zero connection to the oppression they've taken as their own - borrowed effing oppression!

They have oppression & enslavement but those are not them. I'm just lost on it.

Hey now, that was my modus operandi for years. I haven't had a Starbucks in years and drink IPA's once in a great while. Use to be everyday, every night.

Let me at least help on this gay ring finger thing. I have been a very out and active member of the gay community since 1974. I was even married legally in 2004 when Mass. pasted the law. In all that time I have never known this little fact to be true. For years even before it was legal and people considered themselves a couple or as married as they could be all considered, they still wore their rings on their left hand.

Thats not to say I dont think HC is gay. I think she is very much so one of ours sadly. The ol Takes on to know one gig.
