If you force me to give up a health insruance I like for one run by the government that is less than what I had by force of law, because the government has taken over the entire health care sector in order to become the single provider (much they have with education -- see the results daily in most major metros, btw), then yes, it is socialism and naked force and against the COTUS.

If you elect any one the democrat candidates for president, they all have endorsed a program of gun confiscation.

No one will attack you pre-emptively, but plenty will try to stop it from happening. Lexington and Concord were battles over gun confiscation.

Why do you view a provision in the constitution, written by the founders as a way to avoid civil war, as an act of war?

I'm seriously trying to figure out why all of a sudden people on the right are viewing following the constitution as an act of war.

So now the only way to avoid Civil War is to impeach the sitting president?

I'm not a right winger but I agree with CriticalStinker that your statement is more fitting for the left.

A) The "left," or rather democrats, *are* working within the existing framework of government, and due process (congressional oversight and the rule of law). The problem is that many on the right don't seem to like that and fight tooth and nail against it, because corruption is being exposed. Bigly.

B) I really only see people the right actively taking about or calling for a civil war (if the above due process doesn't go their way), not the left. Just sayin'

I doubt it, since I dont think it will be as patriotic, and more so painful reminder like the last one. Civil War still ranked number one the number of casualties for Americians.

it's like putting a veneer of oak over particle board and then claiming you have a hardwood chest.

The law is framework to make sure the proceedings are carried out fairly to both parties, the law does not conjure up the actual crime for you like the Democrats are trying to claim.

And rightfully is what I think that both of us rely upon. Myself, I am still in the vote in 2020 camp rather than the impeach the fat head now camp and wish that others who want him out of office thought the same, but apparently many don't. I was disappointed to find Gabbard make that switch a few days ago.

But if this continues to press forward from pressure from the left I would like to see that it either stalls in the investigation stage or if presented to the Senate is considered rightfully in those chambers. To me, both sides are overblown on Trump and I would like to see it ended. Rightfully. That is why I want him defeated in 2020

I think Gabbard is facing pressure internally from her party.

Recall that often when the left wanted to block something Trump tried to do early on especially, it was a judge in Hawaii they went to, and that's where Gabbard's electorate is. If she wants to keep getting elected, she was to keep her Hawaiian constituents happy, and she may have been threatened with a primary.
