What they fail to mention is that 14 of the 16 endictments Weissmann brought against Enron were thrown out and the Arthur Anderson case had all indictments thrown out except obstruction of justice and those were thrown out by the supreme court because there was no crime, but not till after the company went defunct and 85k people lost their job.

I'm still convinced the dome contained radar equipment, to see what was going on. It's been debunked here since the dome is "gold" but could be any fabric. Now the radar in the "radome" needs environmental control to operate, that's why these boxes are still on the roof.
