Mueller has never served as AG. Barr has now served twice as AG. This time with the mandate of finding out what happened with SpyGate / Russia Hoax.

Mueller isn’t qualified to address matters involving a coup attempt. That’s Barr’s job.

Mueller asked that Aaron Zebley, who served as deputy on the special counsel’s probe, be sworn in as a witness in order to address any questions that he is not able to answer, according to a source familiar with the matter, The New York Times and CNN reported.

The question now is this because Mueller doesn't know what is in the report or is this a way to get around the requested guidelines.

This is the way I see it...

Every centralized ruling system in recent history hasn't been created by us, they've been implemented for us with the expectation of compliance on our behalf. They're created through different philosophies and beliefs but one commonality they all seem to share is that they're built from the hierarchical template or model. I know we already discussed the pros and cons of hierarchies, here but I'll just add that the biggest problem I see with heirarchial systems is that they all veer towards centralism (aka OWO)

From my pov, every governing system in every country are all tentacles of the same monster. Or separate components that fall under one, global pyramid scheme.

I know that our Democratic Republic appears different than a dictatorship. We appear to have 'checks and balances' but, from what's being revealed, I think we can plainly see that we clearly do not. Our form of government is a prop. An illusion of freedom and democracy. You say you can't imagine this great country with a dictator but I'm telling you that we're already there. The Cabal/Deep State/Shadow government is the dictator.

Inject centralized currency/banking into the system and that gives them total global domination. Their fiat currency is nothing but paper covered in their occult symbols. It's fake---Babylonian Magic Money that keeps us tied to them no matter where we live or what type of system we live under. Forcing (or coercing) us to rely on their Luciferian blood money is their way of making sure we not only bow down to their god(s) but it ensures that we we also agree to be accomplices to their crimes/sins.

My opinion is that once the Cabal is taken down, their entire global structure of control and enslavement will go down with them. Which included our government--or at least the controlling, corrupt components of it (MIC, CIA, FED, IRS, etc...)

I will be curious to see what types of systems we (the people) will choose to create once we're no longer (brainwashed) slaves.

Indeed they will! If asked as if they are facts that need Mueller corroboration, those questions be a real eye-opener to those who only watch CNN and MSNBC, or the local evening news.

i.e. "Mr. Mueller, your special counsel team consisted of 18 Democrats. Why?"
or
"Your report affirms that Russians tried to affect our 2016 election. Are you aware of any measures taken by the Obama Administration to combat this Russia meddling?"
