Something just occurred to me that does not added up.....
Why did Thefinaltheory (TFT) release a fuzzy/degraded copy of the Tic-Tac video if there was a clearer version.....

TFT supposedly copied the video directly from the servers...however what he posted was a degraded low copy version of the tic-tac...yet witnesses state that there is a higher resolution copy.

it's possible that Eric Davis is Brother Blue but i've never seen him to have much of a sense of humor and BB was pretty funny.

Yep Keith deleted the specific post.

He has apologised to Eric on Twitter. Perhaps worried that Big E could teleport himself to Oz to give him a piece of his own mind and be back in Texas for breakfast?

However if people look for and join a dot or two you will still be able to read it.

One reason; it is classified. If something was in the water like Fravor said, they'll have sonar recording(s) of it. Hi Celty, you caught my attention with this post.

As far as I know this how things happened:

- The pilots pulled the Hi8 analogue video tapes from the jets
- These were then taken and converted in MPEG 1 with a non standard resolution and a perfectly correct frame rate
- This MPEG was then put on the ship network, and according to Final Theory he took a copy.
- There is no 'generational' degradation with digital files, so someone re encoded it. On ship That is ODD.

The video used by TTSA comes directly from that original MPEG1. An oddly managed (not in any visible way) was used at the NYT. In other words, they have a separate re encoding that Luis' version. I struggle to explain how or why that might be.

There is another copy out there that contains the full vertical resolution in MP2 (likely MP4 format now) that I believe a prominent ufologist has a copy of. Jimmy Church and Buddy Mellon have seen this version.

It has not been released to the public and shows the L shaped appendages due to the higher vertical resolution.

Which begs the question - MPEG1 is OLD.

Why didn't TTSA do new a encode from the MP2 version? Why didn't the New York Post? Why did they use the original MP1 and second generation encode (respectively)?

You still didn't answer my questions about that longer version of the GoFast video you were giving your expert knowledge about last week.

■ Do you know this longer video is not classified? If so how?

■ With regard to the existing videos placed in the public domain. How is it legal for a private company such as TTSA to place their own corporate logos onto US DoD videos?

If this were not the case big beautiful Lue would have been locked up several months ago...TTSA would have being penalized by the GOV.

The GOV explicitly stated that the Videos should NOT have been released....yet they were....

TTSA has faced no repercussions for their acts....

Good summary but we mustn't forget the circumstances behind the bit quoted above IF TFTR's version of events is accurate:

"An officer" ordered TFT to install an exploit which specifically facilitates easy data removal on a secure system that explicitly forbids such actions.
After installing a CD burner on the device with access to the secure network which stores all the UFO vidz - TFTR then returned to normal duties where- what do you know?- he was an eye witness to multiple UFO contacts on radar.

Filled with a desire to know...he then returns to said secure system, which is unattended and has the CD burner still attached so he reads/copies a file, burns it to a CD and waltzes off with it with not so much as a flicker on the systems that monitor for people reading/copying/burning sensitive files....

Lots of things went right for that file to find its way out.

I found this from the original thread... TFT stated that he had "four versions of the FLIR1 video"

Answers: 1. Why a partial video? This was all the footage that was taken, (sort of) I have four versions of this video they all are the same for the most part. The "full version" is about twice the length of this and has more ufo movement etc. But for some reason I can't get it to play , it says codec error... though I am 100% positive my codecs are up to date, I even have a codec pack. The second video is the one you see now. The third and fourth appear to be the same video as the second but just a bit shorter. So all in all your not missing anything, I promise you that. Its all more or less...the same.

TTSA can and does put their logo on videos from the DOD in the same way Fox News, NBC and NyPost does.
