Important to note that SAP is not necessarily "Secret" - its just a set of protocols the program has to follow and there are many other details within that I wont bore people to death with as its irrelevant at this point.

That's and interesting point. I was not aware of that.

What price would you put on a piece of UFO?

$35,000.00 is the going amount apparently...

In July 2019 the company entered into an Asset Purchase Agreement with Mr. DeLonge to purchase a set of metamaterials. The purchase price was $35,000. The Asset Purchase Agreement is attached as Exhibit 6.22 to this report.

This Asset Purchase Agreement (this “Agreement”), dated as of July 15, 2019 is entered into between To The Stars Academy (“Buyer”) and Thomas DeLonge (“Seller”).

(i) One 1.75” x 1.25” x 0.25” piece of micron-layered Bismuth/Magnesium-Zinc metal; (ii) six pieces of Bismuth/Magnesium-Zinc metal; (iii) one piece of Aluminum that TTSA physicist Hal Puthoff already in his possession that is currently on loan from Seller; and (iv) one round black and silver metal flake that physicist Puthoff already has in his possession currently on loan from Seller (collectively, the “Metal Pieces”).

So Tom has bought it from himself for himself...

There are some other interesting parts in the SEC filing which I am sure others will cover as well...

Excellent find Pigsy!
So it seems 100% likely that the next big announcement will be about this meta-material, very disappointing...

SAPs are a protocol that programs have to follow in terms of how they are funded and reviewed. There are Waived, Unacknowledged among various other versions and forms which again, I am not going to bore people to death with.

Example;
The B21 Stealth Bomber is an acknowledged SAP - we as the public are aware of its development, its designation and overall that is actually exists, we even know when its first test flight is (well the 1st official one - hint its not!) but there is literally nothing else known, as we don't have a need to know that information and there will be few that do.

MetaMaterials
Well if people want to get excited by "industrial slag" that's their problem...

The many samples that have been trotted out for decades and have been tested before have either been of an earthly origin or inconclusive. The isotopic ratios are clearly of the most interest, but then that depends if you believe its from" here or out there".

It may not matter in all fairness anyway, people will believe what they already believe...it's like an illness.

TTSA's books promise interdimensional portals, psychic abilities, fairy encounters, and magic artifacts, but all we really get from them are blurry videos, industrial slag and appeals for money. Yet the hardcore beievers don't even see a disconnect.

I have an open and honest question here, people believe that TTSA is a "distraction" and to a point I can see what they mean, all talk within the "UFO Community" (whatever that means) has been about TTSA.

My question would be... a distraction from what? (in your opinion)

Indeed GUT. I believe that the story of how those videos came to be shown in public is probably "key" to a huge part of the TTSA story and the continuing narrative. It's possible it is the Achilles Heel too. It may even part of that organisation's real raison d'etre. Si vous comprendez? Mon amie?

As they say in Quebec!!!

Like I said, snarky.

Some seem to suspect and look for evidence that TTSA is IC/defense contractor inspired and facilitated operation.

Well, it is. DeLonge has said that from the get go. They've been completely open about since the beginnig of TTSA.

It may come as a surprise to some people, but folks working in the military, ONI, DIA, CIA etc. are regular hard working patriotic people, who are not conspiring 24/7 to screw over the american people.

He still states he did not "release" the videos but that the DoD did? Which contradicts what the DoD have stated directly in relation to the release of the videos. There is no release information in the FOIA's that have been logged and responded to either.

There is no "this is ok to be released" neither is a signature on the DD1910 forms either.

They "facilitated the downgrading of the videos, in order that they could be released."

Removing the "metadata"? That takes...ohhh about 10 seconds.

One thing I do agree with Lue on, is a point that many that support TTSA should also take heed of... more data is needed before anything can be concluded. Which ironically, will more than likely never be released.

Whats interesting here is the FLIR1 video from wayback in 2007 - who downgraded that? - Or is that why there are differing versions of that original video floating around?

It saddens me that Steve Justice would make such claims given his lofty career knowing that they are patently false/BS:

'If the claims associated with these assets can be validated and substantiated, then we can initiate work to transition them from being a technology to commercial and military capabilities,' adds Justice. 'As noted in out October 2017 TTSA kickoff webcast, technologies that would allow us to engineer the spacetime metric would bring capabilities that would fundamentally alter civilization, with revolutionary changes to transportation, communication, and computation.'

Give this time and let's see how it plays out...remember the earlier concerns.... AATIP meaning aviation vs. aerospace..

Zondo not working for AATIP.... later confirmed that he was and the latest confirmation that the videos are indeed real.

I think Luis is playing semantic games in regards to him or the DoD releasing the videos and apparently it does not seem to matter as he has not been fined or imprisoned.

If you download it from the wayback machine the metadata should still be present...

Keep an eye on Tom Rogan....not Joe Rogan.

At first I thought Tom Rogan was not being serious and having fun with the silly "UFO/UAP" story but as his background is in politics.
He actually has tweet history concerning the NYT UAP story.
Based on the info posted below it is very clear that another major story is in the works...

If it was a distraction, it would be directed at UFO researchers rather than the general public who could really not care less. Perhaps this would be to keep them from poking around too much and spilling the beans about some kind of technological advancement, possibly having to do with generating a lot of electrical power in a previously unknown way, but also possibly about some aspect of reality that if proven might not go over well with everybody.

Please label this pure speculation.

This is a very important point that needs to be repeated....

There is a psychological wall/block when it comes to "UFOs/UAPs" and the public. Its still heavily stigmatized.

The USG began the stigmatisation in the early 50s. And yet science-fiction/alien movies have been huge box office successes since the late-70s (and equally if not more successful in the 1950s).

There is a wall when it comes to Real Life UFO/UAP reports, but there is no doubt that the appetite for a fully evidenced, incontrovertible UFO event will always be there.

Fuzzy FLIR videos (that seem suspiciously divorced from actual pilot accounts) won't cut the mustard.

This is the stigmatization that I am referring to....

If you mention UFOs people are conditioned to mentally visualize x-files...independence day...E.T. and the rest.
For the common man UFOs are a joke to be dismissed/snickered at.

The quote below better encapsulates why I say its best to wait for further clarification from the DoD in regards to who released those videos....

Ufology‘s short memory.
They wrongly claimed: -AATIP was aviation
-AATIP never studied UAP
-The videos weren’t of UAP
-Elizondo never worked for AATIP
-Congress was never briefed on UAP
-TTSA has nothing to do with the congressional UAP briefings
-TTSA hasn’t any UAP material

Yeah... I hate the metamaterials narrative....
The company TTSA contracted to perform the analysis is no other than Earthtech (Putoff).

TTSA has a contract with EarthTech International Inc., a research think tank in Austin, Texas, founded by Puthoff, to analyze the materials, evaluating them for such characteristics as exceptional strength, lightweight build, or other unusual properties.

Great question. I have given this thought.

I think I posted and asked, what was going on right before TTSA? That needs to be looked into.

I know the CIA released a bunch of files. Obama was requested to release ufo files.

All right before TTSA made its appearance.

Of course, I don’t know for sure but maybe further digging may come up with something
