Just so everybody knows, Bam Bam from The Flintstones doesn't say "Not the Mama!" anymore...

He never did, that's a different show called "Dinosaurs" the baby dino ad a friend pan and would bang it around saying "Not the Mama!"

I'm a believer in mandella effects, but this one isn't one. There really was just a bunch of corporate take overs, which resulted in the branding change.

If you were old enough to be buying stuffing before 95' or remember the TV spots from before '95, then you will accurately remember Stouffer's stove top stuffing.

I hear you - the Stouffers Stove Top Stuffing product did exist for us.

..But it never existed in "this world".

I promise if you look into it you'll see - Stouffers Stove Top Stuffing has never been here.

It's not a corporate change, not a branding change, not a takeover.. ..Stouffers Stove Top Stuffing has never existed (despite us knowing it did).

He knows that - he's being rude, or trying to "joke" depending on your perspective.

He's trying to say we're confusing the Flintstones intro with the Dinosaurs program. The Flintstones intro used to have "Wilma! I'm home!!" - the Dinosaurs show paid homage to Flintstones by repeating the phrase.

So he made a "joke" no one will get; saying Bam Bam said something that was only on Dinosaurs. It's one of those times the "joke" becomes the joke itself. That kind of stuff doesn't need cooking - it fries itself.

The phrase "Wilma! I'm home!!" has never been in the Flintstones intro now. It's a well known ME outside of ATS.

Consider process and purpose of the terms "memorize" and "exposure".

Now think about your Social Security Number. Do you know it by heart?

You haven't looked at the card in a long time - but you've written the numbers several times (exposure), and now that long string of numbers is stuck in your head forever.

But wait.. memory is fallible - so shouldn't you look at your SS Card every time you need the number? Nope, you're confident you know it.

Why?

I guarantee you've watched The Flintstones more times than you've looked at your Social Security Card. The Flintstones intro is the same every time - So shouldn't you know "Wilma! I'm home!!" by heart?

Remembering a string of numbers by rote is different than remembering an event from the past.

When we remember a past event or thing, the brain automatically associates other tings, other past memories, to that past event. That's not usually how we remember a string of numbers...although some people do use it as a memory tool; that is, some people intentionally associate a name or number to something else to help them visualize that memory. But that's not really how most people would try to memorize their SS number.

Note 2: Fred doesn't say "Wilma! I'm home!" in the intro anymore.

The only words spoken by a character in the intro is "yabba dabba doo" (after Fred hears the end-of-workday whistle) and that's how it's always been. The "yabba dabba doo" is said before the singers of the opening theme starts singing. There are no words spoken by the characters overtop of the singing.

That's the intro. In the closing, Fred speaks again, but it isn't "Wilma, I'm home". The closing is that they all return from the drive-in movies, they walk in the house, then Fred puts out the cat and the empty milk bottle for the milkman. The cat jumps through the window, then puts Fred out instead. Fred starts pounding on the door to get back in, and which point be yells "Wilma!!" as he's pounding. That, too comes after the end of the singing.

Why would he say "Wilma, I'm Home!" in that situation? That would make no sense at all in that context. Of course he's home.

Fred HAS said "Wilma, I'm home" on several occasions during the show, but not during the ending. You are getting those other instances confused with the ending. Maybe the ending to the Jetsons is also adding to the confusion, where George get stuck on the doggie treadmill, and yells for Jane to help. He yells "Jane! Stop this crazy thing! Jaaaane!"

You think Abe Vigoda was about to blow the whistle on Nelson and the stuffing box tampering? Though I thought Abe Vigoda was the antichrist. It gets very confusing. Maybe I need to add a layer of foil to my head gear?

Wow! It just hit me, like a bolt of alien tractor beam from the sky! Soylent Green is Abe Vigoda!

The I Love Lucy Show ran from 1951 - 1957 .

The Flintstone's show ran from 1960 - 1966.

There is no way the stones would copy dezi's tag line and it not be a big deal.

There is no doubt than some out there are attempting to hide stuff.

Perhaps someone should just ask the source if stouffers stove top stuffing ever existed.

The intros are CLEARLY being confused with one another.
It's funny, your example of how memory becomes knowledge has just displayed how false memories come about.

Don't get me wrong, I am not an ME sceptic.
In fact, I used to argue venomously with the sceptics on this topic. Check my post history.

Some things ARE odd, Dolly's braces, South America, "What if I told you everything you know is a Lie".

Most of the things you post about ARE NOT odd, they are mistakes. Even after these mistakes are pointed out, you still won't have it.
That is worrying.

Sorry if I come across as rude.
Maybe we can find some common ground if you post your Ministry ME thread you teased?

That is the question of the thread.

In my reply i was reffering to the video i posted and not the stuffing issue. It was an me guy admitting he was duped by "lucy i'm home" ever existing and other instances of things going missing and cover ups of truth.

Hey you should email stouffers and ask them.

I did but no answer yet. The more that do then perhaps we will get some clarity.

My mom is 65 and she to has never heard of stouffers stuffing ether.

Nether do I. And we grew up poor so we would have been the type of family that eat food from a box.

I do remember eating a lot of stove top stuffing but that's all I remember. I don't even remember it being kraft.

In fact there must be an off brand stove top because I don't think I could even afford kraft food when I was growing up. 8(

Kraft is name brand rich people stuff lol.

I'm cool if you want to be civilized - you'd be lying to yourself if you think you haven't been trolling.

See - I thought you were Effected and an industrial fan, so I responded to you about the Ministry thing. Then I flipped back a page and saw many of your posts poking fun at me (and others) - and that was the end of the Ministry thing.. ..and the end of the 'me responding to you' thing.

Another thing - you said Al needs a songbook - I've got video to show he doesn't, but I'm not going to create a fake youtube account just to show you (flatly, I'm not going to associate our actual videos with ATS) - I almost did create a fake account, even dug out a b-roll disk - then I read your other posts. If you want to convince ATS to let me embed from my own servers, then I can show you that way, otherwise forget it - I'm not going through anymore trouble for you.

Here..

Do you remember the album Twitch?

I don't. Without getting into my experience (waste of time), I can say it's something I should of known about.

I already know you've heard of it..

Now all you have to do is tell me how stupid I am, and that I'm not a "real fan". Sorry if you don't like it - you have me calloused.. You would of caught more flies with honey - maybe keep that in mind next time you want something from someone else.

All better now?

(that's the end of the Ministry conversation from my end)

(oh yeah, don't forget to paste the Ministry discography here and the Twitch track list from Wikipedia, along with dates and stuff - ok, αντιο σας!)

lol ..don't you already know what they're going to say?

Isn't that like emailing a dealership to see if they have any cars there? Or writing off to IBM to see if they still sell climbing gear? Don't you already know the answer?

Their history is already laid out all over the internet for all to read. It's public knowledge.

Maybe they used to sell Stouffer's Stove Top Stuffing - but were to ashamed to publicize it - however, they will let just one person know (to get their shame off their collective chests) - but only if someone emails them - that's the only way they'd fess up to Stuffing.

lmao wow

Yeah - that's a good find (that's where I got the screenshot in the OP) - there's tons of stuff like that..

It says "Stouffers Stove Top Stuffing" and even shows calorie info - but shows a Kraft box. Downright creepy.

No, I started poking fun at you after YOU mocked another member after they made a perfectly valid statement about artists not remembering their own lyrics. I posted a vid of Al Jourgensen on stage with a lyrics book he references on Ministry's current tour as an example.
Your reply was that you don't remember a song book when you saw Ministry previously. It was almost as if you were desperately trying to give birth to a new ME instead of just accepting artists sometimes forget their own lyrics.
Ridiculous, no?

Another example is Kate Bush famously very very rarely toured because of the stress of, trying to remember the words to her own songs.

Yes, I remember Ministry's Twitch. I own it.
It's their second album. Their first album is called With Sympathy.
Were you under the impression that The Land of Rape and Honey was their first album?
