There is evidence of everything Trump has said or done while in office. These transcripts demonstrate that. He's in a prison of his own making, with bars constructed of lies and falsehoods.

If the deep state is working to counter Trump's blatant lies, I'm glad, and hope to see more from the brave people who are still in government.

Of course, with the wall, we knew Mexico wasn't going to pay for it. A shell-game-cum-Ponzi-scheme based on tariffs isn't the same as Mexico paying outright.

If i remember correctly the plan is to tariff Mexican goods. Do you know who buys the tariff when an american pays a foreign product? THe purchaser does. That american who wants a sombrero pays the tax. When you import something (car, dvd, tv etc. YOU PAY the import taxes.

if i was president i can think of several ways to make mexico pay for wall with out their gov being able to say doodly about it.
1 all drug money seized heading back into mexico.
2seize assets of known cartels working in us veichiles properties aand the like sale then and put monies into wall
3 any money being sent to mexico by illegals to family in mexico by wire charge a 2 percent fee on it but no fee charged if you can show you are legal green card or other documents or a valid id we need to stop states from giving ids to illegals.

Hell a few years ago US Coast guard intercepted an unmanned-submarine full of drugs.

I do think our money and attention is better spent addressing demand, not supply.
Where there is a will (and billions of dollars to be made) there is a way.
We need to address opioid addiction first.

Rest assured, it does bother me that our president lacks basic knowledge of the issues at hand. But it doesn't surprise me in the least. In fact, I've become desensitized to it. He seems to lack a fundamental understanding of just about everything one would hope a president possesses: history; current events; civics (i.e., how our government works--hint, POTUS, it's not like your businesses); economics; the list goes on. Not only does he lack those things, he doesn't even seem capable of faking it--certainly not in a remotely articulate, comprehensible manner.

Rather than leading, he's much more comfortable at campaign rallies, where he can bask in the warm, orange glow of his cheering minions.

Okay, Enrique, that is fine and I think it is fair. I do not bring up the wall but when the press brings up the wall, I will say, “let us see how it is going – let us see how it is working out with Mexico.” Because from an economic issue, it is the least important thing we were talking about, but psychologically, it means something so let us just say “we will work it out.”

The only thing I will ask you though is on the wall, you and I both have a political problem. My people stand up and say, “Mexico will pay for the wall”

So..."THE WALL"....
TRUMP describes it as..
"least important"
"Politically most important"
"Getting killed" ..in the press
"Econonomically..Least Important"
"Psychologically...Most important"

And asks The President of Mexico...to stop SAYING to the press he will not pay for the wall..and to just say "We will work it out"...

Undoubtedly the President was very honest in explaining the Wall was useful for political/psychological purposes ..but otherwise unimportant.

Actually he never said they are no paying for it. He just said don't talk about not paying for it. I know leftists like to revise history but people can read. Also no one cares where the money is coming from and the wall is just a plus. The fact that he killed off Obama's globalists redistributing of wealth international treaty like TPP and Paris Agreement is enough for Trump supporters to vote for him again. It proves he is not a traitor like the Globalists Democrat Party.
