Oh boy, someone is really grumpy.
Did you skip your nap today ?
I bet your elders had negative views of your generation aswell and thought that you were a bunch of sissies compared to them. The whole world is changing faster than ever before and so is the definition of masculinity.
In the ol’ days you could demonstrate your masculinity by being able to lift heavy things and wrestle bears but today doing those things in order to prove anything would just look pathetic and stupid.
The definition of masculinity is not changing. You can not change the definition of a word to fit your belief of what the word should mean.

So how does trash talk for a meaningful conversation?
Well "trash talk" is "tough" and being "tough" is manly...and being "manly" is prime-choice, yo!
I know its shocking, but intelligent women like intelligent men.
So, what kind of women like men who have to "act tough"?
It has nothing to do with acting tough.
I don't think it can be explained to you.
Intelligent men act like men around other intelligent men.
It has nothing to do with you when you are not around.
I'm a 70 year old woman.
You think I slept through all those years?
Intelligent men act like intelligent men around intelligent women who demand they do so.
That's not the point.
My point is those intelligent men act differently when they are not around a woman.
Some do - - some don't. I've always been "one of the guys" - - - I don't really get along with other women.
I prefer intelligent men - - who don't feel the need to play "boy's games".
All men play boy games.
Even intelligent men.
The conversation will always be different if you are not in the room.
You have never been one of the guys.
Guess you know me and my life better then me.
Carry on.

Can a man ever be one of the girls?
Would the girls act the same and say the same things around a man who considers himself one of the girls?

Thank you for your intelligent comment. I'm 63-was married to an opera singer who was very macho-could fix anything and loved sports-but was not good husband/father material. Needless to say, I think this raging op has had some kind of bad day and desperately needs to go a bar and pick a fight with the most macho guy there and get his butt kicked. This seems to be what he's missing in life-that, and a barefoot, pregnant woman fixin' his dinner.

Yes, we're all aware you want a post-gender world of gay sissy boys and militant women keeping them in line.

It is YOU who has decided to see the world in this way.
1. Non-macho = gay
2. Intelligent women = militant

Ever thought about Exelon ?
Memory seems to be failing you ....
It was always the tough bad guys that got the woman .
