I saw one of the videos he will have on display tomorrow night... was a little spooky when he claims that "hundreds" of people reported it. I didn't hear them claim specifically it was actual video but I felt it was implied that it was an actual video.

You must be talking about the "Phoenix Lights".

That's one of the cases they're going to talk about.

I think it was Phoenix they were floating over. It was disturbing in that hundreds of people reported it. If I saw those lights the govt. would need to sedate me to protect themselves. These didnt reflect off a mountian or passing truck. I anticipate seeing this special.

I wouldnt be surprised if this will mean the end for Peter Jennings, or worse, his body will be found drowned in a puddle outside the studios

I'm looking forward to this.

Could this be an exercise to see how many tune in? Beyond a ratings count - just to see how many people are actually interested in the subject in 2005.

That could work well, if X amount of people (say 20 million) tune in, that may force them to run more shows on the subject, inadvertently increasing awareness to the sleeping cattle.

However, I'll never underestimate the media.

Just a thought. (which I think has been thought of b4)

I'd like to see a Kent Brockman special personally.

I don't think most people understand the intelligence of our government.
When conspiracies can be looked upon as riduculous and our media considered totally accurate ,I think they have a good idea on how mind control works to say the least.. Don't think for a second that the disclosure project can't be ran by the government themselves. Im not going to get into to details about my theories on our governments intelligence but i can say that it's definitely underestimated. So don't be suprised if a couple of more great conspiracies get put out there to intentionally mix with the true ones so they happily come together as one.

A LITTLE BIT OF TRUTH GOES A LONG WAY>

That's an excellent point, especially because the questions regarding disclosure all revolve around the issue of public reaction.

Assuming that the 'powers that be' would use this show as a gauge of public reaction:

1)If the ratings are low and there really is no discussion about it afterward the PTB may decide that disclosure would be too big of a shock for most people (because they've never thought about aliens) and so disclosure could be delayed for decades.

2)If the ratings are good but people freak out and start to act like idiots... well... see above.

3)If the ratings are good and, afterward, there's a lot of "wow, gee wiz" type talk disclosure could come within a few years.

In all honestly, though, my guess is that before full disclosure happens we'll have a period where the government talks about things like microbes on mars... followed by admissions involving uncrewed alien craft. Only AFTER the public has become acclamated to the idea of 1) alien life in general (through mars discoveries) and 2)the idea that an alien probe could reach us will those who know the truth start to bring out stuff related to abductions and CE3/4 events.

That being said, I think it's important to note that the papers have been filled, this week, with stories about possible life on mars and that, as some posters have mentioned above, Peter Jennings is rumored to be leaning towards the notion that these aren't manned craft but that some of them have no standard explanation (note how that opinion lays the groundwork for the notion of alien probes).

They announced that they were only using CGI re-enactments, no actual video or significant photos.

They interviewed Art Bell (who claims he saw a black triangle), while he was on-air asking callers to phone in their own black triangle reports.

Lots of interviews with eyewitnesses but no data.

I think this is a fluff piece designed to pacify the curiousity of the public for another 10 years or so, and perhaps divert their attention away from the "black world" (i.e. operations and programmes that are off-the-books).

In regards to that phoenix lights website about the box and the "re-enactment" they were planning, here's what I posted in another thread concerning that exact subject:

I can't be bothered to do a search at the moment but that's been discussed several times here already, bottom line is that site was made to advertise what was at the time an upcoming fictional movie about the Phoenix lights event.

It was to be a sort of "Blair Witch" style movie, that's the reason for the "diary" on the site where the investigator was in a car crash and not heard from again and the mysterious priest who had information but had also disapeared as I recall.

I even found a site where the director (don't recall the name, sorry) had been interviewed about it but that's been several years ago now with no futher updates and I think the movie site hasn't been updated in at least a couple years as well so I guess the idea was scrapped or shelved.

Source Thread

Hope that helps.

Congratulations, Dr. Love. Your insightful post was just read by Peter Jennings on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart. He said his son found it and gave it to him. Watch the repeat tomorrow, Tuesday 2/24, at 7 p.m. Eastern time on Comedy Central.

But just because it was read on Comedy Central doesn't make it a joke. We still love you and take you seriously, Dr. L!

Let me throw this out to the rest of you, then you can all call me crazy. A while back Peter Jennings did a special on the JFK asassination. He tried to convince us that LHO acted alone in the face of an overwhelming number of skeptics I might add. What if a deal was cut with ABC and Peter Jennings that if he did this JFK documentary for 'the shadow government' that still denies there was more than one gunman, then 'they' would let him be the first anchorman of the big 3 to start the disclosure process. It would be very tempting for him to want to be the focal point of the greatest revelation in the history of mankind.

OK, now you can let me have it.

Peace

Well done Dr Love.

Peter Jennings son if you are out there, why not become a member of ATS if you're not already.

Just another thought,
Could this be a ploy to distract avid sky watchers for 2 hours? Could there be something happening tonight........ in the skies above. (queue x file theme)
