Well well, this is actually an important mistake by the msm.
I don't know about everyone else but if the #governcorppropaganda media puts out a list of altnews sites that they say should not be trusted , well then I'll have to say thanks for making it easier to decide what news sources to pay attention to.
Ready made list neatly compiled for me, just icing on the cake.

2. WaPo is attacking alternate media to protect market share. They aren't reporting news. Ironic that their fake news article is, itself, fake news

3. of course fake news ends up on ATS. Its why we have a HOAX and LOL forum to collect them.

That list is retarded. It's just a mix of everything they don't like plus a few actual Russian websites for good measure.

In the 12+ years I've been here my Russian propaganda spidey-sense hasn't really tingled very much.

This is a clearing house for all things weird and propaganda from everywhere though so occasionally we get a hit but it's not commonplace.

There's a strong anti-communist/socialist sentiment here as well.

The WP are fear mongers and intolerant of foreign points of view, apparently. Having awareness of diverse views from around the world opens your mind, increases literacy and critical thinking, and improves your cultural quotient.
