I'm still curious as to how nobody's addressing that the DNC basically broke two federal statutes dealing with illegal aliens, by parading them on stage. SOMEBODY is on the hook for 10 years in Federal prison, and we all know it won't be Hillary. Then again, we also know no charges will come of it, because of course, some folks are simply above the law.

Latest Trump vs Clinton national Poll from LA times up to and including yestreday:

Trump +7

It's taken his RCP average lead to +1.1

Clinton will be hoping that is the effect of the RNC convention bump and not the DNCleaks and disastrous first 2 days of the DNC convention

Could have sworn, yesterday, you were making the claim that the DNC Email Hacks had nothing to do with the "Trump bump."

And as far as the "disastrous" first two days of the convention, you keep chanting that mantra ... for those who aren't Trump worshippers, these two days have been great, and the ratings demonstrate that.

Trump got a 6 point bounce form the RNC convention, but it seems to have got worse for Hillary since then according to the latest poll up to yesterday.

I edited my post above as I looked at more data - even women are turning away from Clinton.

I am just posting the very latest poll taken during the DNC convention. It could change, but it must be very worrying to Clinton.

I view the DNC convention as a shambles, with the chair person resigning, the nominee booed time and time again on day 1, a delegate walk out and then the DNC having to revoke credentials and make threats in order to remove negative signs. The speeches, bar 3 or 4, have been terrible. It's a complete shambles in my view and we'll see if the next few polls reflect that like this latest one has.

Care to be more specific, perhaps with an exterior source?

That is a weird one. Maybe because they called them "undocumented" so much, they were swayed by their own euphemism and forgot that they were illegal.

Also, I've merely posted the facts. Make of them what you will.

The same people that said North Korea was responsible for hacking sony to push a movie.

ZERO credibility.

Of course you view the DNC as a "shambles" ... who would expect you to have any other opinion ... just like you saw the RNC as some historical, magical, awe-inspiring moment for the whole world.

You've got a pretty strong filter on when it comes to these particular issues, UK.

"It must be very worrying to Clinton" says the person who last week was arguing that polls don't make a difference.

I saw another poll that stated that Clinton and Trump are equally disliked ... would you like to explain to us why this poll is wrong and meaningless and the ones that are currently "pro-Trump" are so inspiring?

It's been addressed.

Day one self confessed criminals, head of the DNC fired

Day two a proven perjurer.

So far the DNC is the antithesis of LAW and Order.

Here is the RCP average chart for the last 30 days.

You tell me why Clinton would NOT be worried about this...

As for unfavourables - the fact they are now even should also worry Clinton (I am sure it does). After all, it was not long ago that people were talking about Trump's unfavourables being way higher than Clinton's and a reason he couldn't win. It's closing up now, which is actually a supporting data point to the swing in the polls.

The numbers are what they are - they may change (and likely will), but as I said, Clinton's campaign will be looking at these numbers and will not be happy.

They're polls, UK.

You know that polls shift and turn, you made that argument last week.

Of course, that's when you were trying to claim that the polls showing Trump to be unpopular, behind in the race, etc. weren't valid ...

Now that Trump's a bit ahead ... "ALL HAIL THE MIGHTY POLLS"

(at least, according to you)

But you keep your moral high ground telling people that the DNC is what America really looks like

I believe the DNC does represent what America really looks like.

They are a diverse group with people of different colors, sexual preferences, religions, backgrounds, income levels and even political beliefs. Most importantly, they are flawed. The party is flawed as is every single human. There is no way around that.

The GOP, on the other hand, is a caricature. Ever since FDR and the New Deal, the Right Wing has been creating this persona of what they believe is the ultimate American. They all strive to live up to that ideal and they all believe they are that ideal, but forget that the ideal is a fraud.

They live a lie. At least the DNC, with all of their flaws, is still dealing in reality.

Within this poll:

> Trump now leads with young people - Bernie fans defecting?

> Gap with white voters is getting wider

> Hillary's lead with women is almost gone - Trump has closed up significantly over the last 2 days (its now 44 vs 42 to Clinton)

> Trump is closing with the Hispanic vote (now has over 36%)

I also saw a poll (trying to find it) that showed on some cable show, where Hillary and Donald are now tied in unfavorable. I'm sure Hillary will get a bounce after the convention. Karl Rove, who I can't stand. but knows his sh!t (most of the time) said that polls are pretty unreliable now, that they paint a truer picture after Labor Day. So, I guess we have to wait until September.

The only one twisting and stretching here is you. You are the one saying it is stupid to bring up how easily Clintons server could have been hacked, because Russia and China can hack us at will. You then provided sources that show that these groups have hacked us in the past. Those same sources are saying we should increase our cyber security. In other words, we can prevent these hacks if we have increased security.

Why can't everyone just keep their servers at their house if it is all going to get hacked anyways? Why are people charged with crimes like Petreus for not being diligent in protecting classified info? Why was Hillary forced to admit it was a mistake? Why is Obama suggesting a 19 billion dollar a year in cyber security?

In his fiscal 2017 budget proposal, Obama asked for $19 billion for cyber security across the U.S. government, an increase of $5 billion over this year

www.reuters.com...

According to you, it is moot as anyone can hack us at will, so why waste 19 billion a year?

In your rush to defend Hillary, you just post arguments without thinking of the implications of them. Yes your articles show the US has been hacked. Those same sources say we need to beef up cyber security, and would be aghast at the suggestion that it is no big deal if everyone just kept their servers in their home. Again, this is why Hillary was forced to admit it was a mistake.

But I know, you won't address any of this. You will just keep saying we have been hacked and it doesn't matter.

Hey come on, you're not being honest there.

I have consistently said that Clinton was the favourite to win - in reference to the polls. Find me one place where I said Trump is the favourite.
I am using the poll data as it comes in - which I am sure the campaigns are doing too.

My personal opinion is that the DNC convention has had a very rocky two days and, yes, I view the whole DNCleaks scandal and the Sanders delegate reaction to be a shambles.

Democrats: We can win on guns

PHILADELPHIA –– Hillary Clinton and the Democrats are taking their gun reform message full-bore into the general election, betting that a shift in voter sentiment has turned a once-toxic issue into a political winner.

No they can't.

For the last 8 years they have been shot down repeatedly for the pun.

IF they are dumb enough to make it a national ELECTION issue.

There is NO way CLinton will win.

Is that the new "qualified"? Like "kids that fail still get a trophy for trying" kind of qualified?

I just want to understand.

What in her past qualifies her to be president? The whole woman in politics thing?

The only thing presidential that has ever been in that woman was Bill.

Everything else about her is fluff.

Perhaps you should read Hillary's biography.

I heard a "Hillary's America" movie being promoted this week on the radio. Anyone know if its worth seeing?

It should be required viewing before voting, along with 'Clinton Cash'.

Yes it is worth it, to those that seriously consider EVERYTHING about candidates.

Many prefer to keep their heads in the sand.

TWICE, they brought an illegal alien onstage.

DNC BREAKS FEDERAL LAW AT CONVENTION: VIOLATION OF SECTION 8 U.S. Code § 1324

153.6K Share Tweet

by admin/ July 25, 2016/ CRAZY LEFT
Screen Shot 2016-07-25 at 8.24.31 PM

The DNC aided and abetted two illegal aliens on Monday night during the nationally televised DNC Convention 2016 in Philadelphia. Thus, according to the law, the DNC twice violated Section 8 U.S. Code 1324.

At 8:04pm local time, the DNC invited an illegal alien to accompany her daughter to tout Hillary Clinton for president. During her speech, which was televised on national TV, the daughter explicitly said her mother is in the United States illegally. Minutes before the mother and daughter team took to the stage, the DNC played a video showing the daughter communicating with Hillary Clinton during one of her tour stops in Nevada. It was then that the daughter (Karla) admitted to Hillary Clinton that her mother (Francisca) received a government issued letter of deportation. Clearly, the mother is ignoring the deportation order, and so to is the DNC and Hillary Clinton.

Following the mother / daughter act, another illegal alien took to the podium at 8:09pm local time. Her name is Astrid Silva, and she said in clear english, “I came to America illegally with my mother when I was 4-years old. We crossed the river [Rio Grande] on a raft.”

Aside from illegally harboring two illegal aliens, it would be interesting to learn how the illegal aliens traveled to Philadelphia and who paid for the travel arrangements? Furthermore, where are they staying this evening and who paid for the lodging?

*I'm* not being honest???

You have chutzpah, I'll give you that.

I haven't made a claim here that you said Trump would win ... I've said, clearly, that last week you were poo-pooing the polls, and now they're blindingly significant and should scare Hillary to death.

Are you going to bald-faced claim here that you having been throwing off on the legitimacy of polls for months?

Address the actual argument rather than the scarecrow you want to hoist on the pole.
