So you'd vote for the devil if he said that after election he'd steal everyone's souls that voted for him? Hey at least he's honest right?

Vs Hillary saying it will rain unicorn rainbow farts then also stealing said souls?

lol, nice false equivelency btw.

No, you are putting words in my mouth.

The fact is, it is long past time to have adult conversations about a great many subjects, Trump is causing this dialogue to take place, because when he spits hyperbole, we all talk about it.

No, we aren't. We are just calling him a racist and a fearmonger. Hell Huffpo has been putting his candidacy in the entertainment section of their website and NOW they are going to straight up just be calling him a racist 24/7.

Hillary Obama Bush etc... all sweep these things under the rug, and act like the problems dont exist.

Which problems? I distinctly recall each of those people addressing problems they considered important to them.

They do, they are crushing this nation, they need to be brought to the forefront and dealt with.

Yes terrorists are hiding in the the migrants.

Yes somthing needs to be done about the millions of illegals here that have depressed American wages for decades.

Yes I love that he has no problem talking about these things.

I dont agree with his stance on a lot of issues, but he is the only adult willing to have these issues brought forth and actually adress them, while also offering solutions.

All the others pay lip service when it is politically expedient, but never actually do or say anything besides the same tired BS most Americans are plain sick and tired of.

What needs to be done is AMERICANS need to stop living in intolerant ignorance of these subjects and actually educate themselves on what is really going on instead of relying on politicians to fix all their problems.

LOL, wow shocker, a left wing rag belittling a GOP candidate......say it aint so, never saw that one coming....?

Yes because they have all day to do this while working 2 jobs and raising kids right?

no

I'm sorry, but there is no excuse for defending Trump's rhetoric anymore. We need to just label it for what it is and push to get him removed from running for the Presidency. He's hateful and divisive, and we don't need divisive. ESPECIALLY divisive on purpose (which is what Trump is).

Killer comeback, at least Krazyshot uses sources and stays on topic.

On topic: Donald Trump isn't going anywhere imo. He is to much entertainment for the left and right at this point. Do I think he will become the next president??? Yea right, he wishes. I understand most of his supporters use the pc argument and that he cares about results and not hurting anyones feelings. The problem is he is killing any chance he actually has at the same time by making himself look like an extremist. He does realize he has to still go through congress right?

Can't really disagree with that.

Oh I get it, because one of the biggest jokes in journalism besides msnbc the huffpost said so?

Fox news is a straight up legit open honest news source compared to huffpost. Which is hilarious, because I would believe I was on fire even if I saw the flames if fox said it.

No, because it's wrong. I don't know about you, but I was raised not to hurt other people and that includes saying hateful things.

Well here in the real world, we dont treat people with kid gloves.

Glad you were mommy and daddys special little snow flake, but in the real world, nobody cares about your feelings.

In your version of reality, hurt feelings trump facts.

In reality, your feelings can not be hurt by anyone but yourself, because have to allow the oppinions of others to influence your own self worth, they cant do that for you, only you can allow it to happen.

Just like I cant make you angry, it is you that decides to allow my oppinion to effect you in such a way.

It is why we have an amendment that guarantees me the right to offend you, and not one that guarantees you the right not to be offended.

Grow up. You know what I mean. Just because we can say intolerant things doesn't mean we should. It's mean and we can explain our positions and grievances rather easily without using hateful rhetoric. It's called talking things out and it's the adult thing to do instead of just yelling ignorance at the echo chamber to get back patting.

In reality, your feelings can not be hurt by anyone but yourself, because have to allow the oppinions of others to influence your own self worth, they cant do that for you, only you can allow it to happen.

In reality it has nothing to do with my feelings. It's just the right thing to do.

I hate this rhetoric. Just because we are allowed to be intolerant and hateful doesn't mean we should. Whatever happened to the Christian ideal of doing unto others as you would have them do unto you? I certainly wouldn't like things like that said about me, so I know that I shouldn't be saying them myself.

Trump is most definitely divisive...as he very clearly spells out what he thinks (whether you or anyone else thinks he is wrong) - and what he thinks, overall, is that America is/has been:

1) Headed in the wrong direction economically
2) Is not protecting its borders, and is allowing millions to enter the Country illegally (and then spending billions to support them after they are here)
3) Being played for fools by the Chinese, the Russians, the Japanese, the Mexicans, the "Free-Trader" globalists
4) Are not paying enough attention to who is being let into the Country in a time of War - especially the risk of allowing enemies themselves in...and how to counter the enemy's (increasingly successful) efforts to radicalise its own citizens

In the media's (and your) rush to demonize Trump, they are ignoring the fact that he insists that his proposal would be a temporary measure...in force only until people can figure out what actually is going on, and how to deal with it.

In practical terms, of course, Trump could never implement this in as sweeping a fashion as he suggests...what politician can ever implement any promise in its "purest" form, once the realities of the political/legal system kick in.

But what the people who are howling today are missing is something very important - and that Trump is not. There is a huge percentage of the American population that wants something done...and quickly...about the rapid decline of America.

People are angry, they are not feeling secure, and they are sick and tired of the political establishment's lack of action, complacency, and resignation to the downward spiral (and, to be honest, the Liberal media's "Politically Correct", and Democratic, bias)

Trump is tapping into this. Just watch his Poll numbers grow again after this latest "overkill" proposal to get a handle on the problem of radical Islamic terrorism. If you don't want Trump as the President, then somebody else had better step up with as powerful a message as his - calling for his ban from the race is just as un-American as you claim his stances are.

Let everyone speak - and then let the American people decide who they want to lead them.

People are afraid - panicky people will listen to anything that promises them a way out

Even intelligent people who are afraid will start to think certain things might be justified in order to feel safe. Those people who are unwilling or unable to think things through ordinarily won't see where all this is leading and won't care one little bit

If you were to start rounding up Muslims tomorrow and putting them in camps - or killing them - there are people that would now rationalize this as being acceptable under the circumstances. Acceptable and necessary

I used to believe this sort of thing wasn't possible in my country (anymore). Now I realize I was just naive

It's funny that you use the word "fact" and Trump in the same sentence. I don't have to rush to do anything. Trump has been consistently shown to be devoid of actual facts for literally everything he's said. Lol dancing Muslims. I can't believe people still believe that lie.

I can only hope, but so far his candidacy has broken all the odds.

Just because you and some others despise the guy doesn't mean the majority agree with most of what he says. Would you rather have a president that's incapable of anything but telling lies?

Right now we have a problem with muslim extremists threatening to kill us, and killing us. Only a crook would think that letting in any muslim, before we fix this problem, is a good idea. I know you're already thinking about right-wing extremist sovereign domestic terrorists, but they're already here. In other words, we have enough problems on our hands. Would you like it if we were letting possible right-wing sovereign terrorists into the US?

But that's all that Trump does... Everything he's said has been fact checked as lies.

*eye roll* More fear. I'm tired of fear. Are you afraid to wake up, go to work, spend time with your family, have fun? Because I sure as # am not. Not after 9/11, not after Obama became President, and certainly not now. It's all fear talking. Everything you just said.

You know what fear is? Thinking that we should vet Muslims and only Muslims, just in case. You know what being the better man is? Saying, "# that! I'm not giving into fear. If something bad happens, we'll deal with it, but let's continue as we've always done." Y'all are letting the terrorists win.

No, "rush to" would probably be the wrong phrase, as you were likely "already there" before the Donald's latest outburst.

I think that most people realize that Trump is combining his memories of the small incidents of celebration in the U.S. with the videos of Muslims dancing in the streets in the Middle East (I think it was in either Lebanon or Palestine)...but he has a problem walking things back after he says them (maybe because he actually thinks they are true).

I've been feeling the same way about the polarization. I have a serious feeling that another Democrat is going to win the Presidential election again, exposing that the hateful rhetoric of even the mainstream GOP candidates isn't going to get them elected anymore. This will herald in more years of increasing divisive politics. At some point that divisiveness needs to be addressed or it will boil over into violence.

When your number one enemy is your political opponent, that's what happens. Anyone who truly thinks hillary is the answer is more or less supporting the future violence because so far it's her and obama that think the right are their #1 enemy. That's their greatest threat along with global warming. How a person can't see that ridiculousness is beyond me.

You have to remember how simple minded most Americans have become. If Trump were to have done the crap his doing now back in the 50's he would have been thrown out of politics because back then people were more intelligent than they are now. All we are seeing now is just how successful the dumbing down of America has been.

Right. So it's a wonder where people get the gall to say that Trump is honest. That is the exact opposite of honest. That is so damn dishonest that you are even fooling yourself.
