Great news. Obviously, the USA could care less about the plight of the Palestinians.
And what has Russia ever done for them?

Nothing, but perhaps they will now. Even if it's just to be a thorn in Israel's side, a little Russian influence or aid could go a long way to bringing the Palestinians together and getting a state.

Are you justifying Israels actions based on it defending its security?
Not sure what you are alluding to, technically a child throwing a stone at a tank could be a violation of 242 but shooting the child is a far greater human rights breach. If Israel wants security it should stop stoking the fires by ending the mass genocide of Palestinians.

Screw the Palestinians they do not deserve their own state. Do some research as to the true origins of the modern day Palestinians. Educate yourself. Give the Jews all their promised land from the Nile to Euphrates as long as they don't mess with us give it too them. Sooner the better. Bugger the Arabs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well ... that's your point-of-view.
Do you think Putin is likely to transpose that 'system' to the Palestinians as well ?

I see possibilities for peace in the middle east with someone else besides USA in there causing chaos.

What gets me is one thing....
This man has jailed and had political opposition murdered......
How is it all the sudden everyone forgets this?
Alexander Valterovich Litvinenko (Russian: Алекса́ндр Ва́льтерович Литвине́нко; IPA: [ɐlʲɪˈksandr ˈvaltərəvʲɪtɕ lʲɪtvʲɪˈnʲɛnkə]; 30 August 1962[2][3] [4 December 1962 by father's account][4] – 23 November 2006) was a fugitive officer of the Russian FSB secret service, who specialised in tackling organised crime.[1][5] In November 1998, Litvinenko and several other FSB officers publicly accused their superiors of ordering the assassination of the Russian tycoon and oligarch Boris Berezovsky.
He fled with his family to London and was granted asylum in the United Kingdom, where he worked as a journalist, writer and consultant for the British intelligence services.
During his time in London, Litvinenko wrote two books, Blowing Up Russia: Terror from Within and Lubyanka Criminal Group, wherein he accused the Russian secret services of staging the Russian apartment bombings and other terrorism acts in an effort to bring Vladimir Putin to power. He also accused Putin of ordering the murder in October 2006 of the Russian journalist Anna Politkovskaya.
On 1 November 2006, Litvinenko suddenly fell ill and was hospitalised in what was established as a case of poisoning by radioactive polonium-210 which resulted in his death on 23 November. He became the first known victim of lethal Polonium 210-induced acute radiation syndrome.

And here's the irony with that. The most observant Jews like the Haredi/Ultra Orthodox Jews have always been against Zionism because it defies the prophecies which state the Jewish messiah is supposed to create the new Israel.
Then there are the Jews who stayed in the Middle East instead of going to Europe & Russia (called the Maghrebi Jews). They actually face discrimination right now from the German/Ashkenazi Jews in Israel! And the Ethiopian Jews are protesting & having rallies right now to protest the discrimination they face from the German/Ashkenazi Jews in Israel. It's a very surreal situation.

As far as the surrounding countries claiming their land is being occupied yes, Also Jews also called themselve palestinian at one time as well remember? They technically have rights to th eland. The "other palestinians" are part of trans jordan who will never reclaim them because they could not get along with the jordanian government.
Theres nto a mass genocide going on. thats collatorral damage. and youre falling for the propaganda.

What I find funny is that many decrying the USA role in arming Syrian terrorists (which was wrong let me state that, the west was wrong) are now praising Putin for stating he will do the same thing in Palestine.....
Seems a bit hypocritical to me.
Granted the West screwed up and screwed up epicly in Syria and we have a LOT to answer for.
And granted Russia may be doing the "right" thing in Syria.
But lets not all kid ourselves. Putin is not some trustworthy lovable character and him arming terrorists in Palestine just as wrong as the west arming Syrian terrorists.
