No, everyone thinks cheese and pickled onion sandwiches are wrong. You may retain your head.

Homosexuality was never really accepted as part of the group /tribe in the west

My my, you really do preach some utter nonsense in the hope that no one will call you out on it.

You are factually WRONG.

The Pagans of Europe, for hundreds of thousands of years, are known to have supported same sex partnerships.
The Native Americans of various tribal groups also accepted same sex partnerships.
The Greeks, the Romans, and various cultures all around the world, all accepted same sex partnerships throughout history.

Even the damn CATHOLIC CHURCH recognized same sex partners!

The ignorance of homophobia is actually a relatively modern phenomena, brought about by a cultural change in religious doctrine.

But then you would know this if you actually studied history and didn't just pull facts from your rectum to support your bigotry.

I totally agree with you...it's just the act i don' like.

Then don't do it. If you don't like same-sex marriage, then don't get married to someone of the same sex.

Children who have an opinion are victims of indoctrination tantamount to child abuse and their molester/s should be jailed.

Then dont think about it. My little brother is gay. I love him dearly, but do i want to imagine him having sex with his boyfriend? No.
Do i like the thought of any 2 guys having sex? Nope. Its gross to me. Thats why im hetero. Im not attracted to men. Doesnt stop me loving gay people and wishing they were treated equaly in all areas...its just the act thats not appealing to me, but thats irrelevant to anything. Thats why i never mention it (other than now)..it doesnt matter if i like the thought of it or not. Who cares?

I love it when someone says "I don't mind gay people, I just find you all utterly repulsive."

Gee, thanks.

Yeah, there's no dissonance there.

I have a suggestion, which I have found to be fruitful ... stop imagining people having sex.

It's not dissonance. You see, many people choose not to let their emotions guide their actions. These people prefer to think about things before forming an opinion or taking an action, rather than just doing/saying what they feel at any given moment.

Of course, to even attempt such a feat requires an awareness of emotion in the first place...

You mentioned sodomy. I want to make sure I'm clear on your thought.

Sodomy usually refers to certain sex acts which do not lead to procreation.

Are you on about the actual act(s) of sodomy, or are you, as most of your generation, using that to refer to gay men?

So, you think that telling someone you find everything about them disgusting shouldn't affect their perception of you at all?

When you need to lie to support your argument, you have LOST the argument.

Fairs fair. We created these rules to root out religious extremism. Don't be surprised when it gets turned on Christians to root out Christian extremism.

That's how this stuff works. What's good for the goose is good for the gander. How about getting rid of the extremism hunting rules for everyone and you don't have to worry about this crap? Terrorists aren't a threat in the west anyways.

I guess it might time for Christians to home school their kids the way this is going. My problem with that is then these young adults are ill equipped to work in diverse work environments that will include members of the LGBT community, and one wrong comment could cost them their job now. It's a catch 21 for Christian parents.

Homosexuality is a perversion of the natural human condition and it makes no difference how many people try to say it is not, they will never change that fact.

I can't help but feel that the criminalisation of Christians is very near. Simply believing the Bible and voicing an opinion based on a Biblical worldview, will soon be enough to punish someone as a criminal.

I don't know, a lot of our "leaders" seem to be looking forward to the apocalypse of the revelations...yes they are totally crazy.

From MY heterosexual point of view homosexuality is wrong. I find it as repulsive as pedophilia, beastiality and necrofilia. I respect homosexuals and certainly don't discriminate or treat them any differently and support and accept they should have the same rights as heterosexual couples but that does not change the fact I find their sexuality repulsive and that in my view is a natural part of heterosexuality. Flame on

You find two people of the same sex making love the same as necrophilia? Sure you do...nice trolling bub..

PC is creating a society of polite liars.

... and PC is not limited to any political, social or religious faction.

Sadly.

I'm one for pissing off everyone in the political spectrum, so my opinions will just be, "Please don't shoot me, I'm sorry I thought differently than what I'm supposed to, I have a family, please don't kill me."

Yes....as you keep telling us. Yawn...

You seem to make it a point to "think differently" and then shout it out and act like a martyr....its getting a bit boring mate.

i think the words "trying too hard" are right in your case.

They want to make everyone the same. But we're not.

EXACTLY we are NOT the same that's why YOU can't discriminate against homosexual people just because some story book's says it's wrong, there have always been homosexual people it's recorded in history YOU don't learn it as some religious NUT JOBS SEEM TO THINK.

I have worked with a few gay people some you know right away are others come as a shock when you find out and they are genuine people like anyone else, gay animals have been documented as well so do you think someone taught them to be that way.
