So just because more people died in another war it's perfectly fine for other countries to kill as many as they want, providing it doesn't exceed the previous war?

I don't really understand why you're not grasping war is war, illegal occupations are illegal occupations and violations of the UN are violations of the UN - regardless of the name, gender, religion, hobbies or favourite TV show of the people committing the crime.

I explained I don't have to be personally affected to stand up for the rights of others. I try my best to be a nice and decent human being and leave the world a better place than I entered it. I'm not perfect by any means, but hey, I'm trying.

If you mean what have they done to me personally - well back in the 80s Mossad assinated my uncles boss and my aunty and made constant death threats against our family forcing my uncle to flee to China for several years and when he came back his wife was killed and finally they killed him last year. However none of that has anything to do with the occupation of Palestine and constant war mongering which is my personal reason for boycotting Israel.

The sources I have checked supports that idea that neither his mother or father were Jewish. The only support for this idea seems to be only on anti-jewish web sites.

No because the idea you can only object to something if you're directly affected is painfully stupid and needed to be addressed before moving onto to discussing my private life that I doubt anyone could care less about. yes it is, I don't go around waving flags of other countries, it IS their problem, but if you want to rant and harp on about somebody else's problems then it is expected that if you care so much, you should be there defending them in their country no?

Posting on forums about other peoples problems is POINTLESS.

WHAT DOES IT SOLVE? IT becomes an exercise in massage ones ego, in ATS parlance, getting stars. Who cares?

It is NOT MY problem; i am not the one harping and ranting on about their issues.

I don't honestly give a frack about their problems, they are not MY problems. They are not mature enough to solve their problems without anger, fine, in a few generations may be they can, or maybe they cannot, either way, it will cost THEM, it should not cost us.

Take a stand, in order to be involved in other peoples problems, first solve your own, set an example.

You see Norway, Iceland, Switzerland et al are involved in assisting solving these problems because generally they are not at war, sure they have problems of their own but they have solved a lot of their "war like" problems. You never see them invading other countries, occupying them, having bases in other countries, provoking other countries. The biggest problem they have is 1) financial or 2) a sheep escapes from a field causing traffic mayhem.

Why do you use the term "hate"? I put their country in the category of any other foreign country trying to get more money, more weapons, more war from the US. Why do we keep cutting our social programs? Why do our citizens have to fight to get universal healthcare when it is a right in Israel and other foreign countries we send guns and money to?

It has become quite obvious that Christian conservatives hate their own US citizens.
