I'll answer your question though I did add some more info to the post after watching the video. I DO watch and read what the Pro-Russia side posts, believe it or not. That video lacked any spin. It was just a guy reporting a hospital was hit and briefly talked about it serving that residential area.

To answer your question on the alleged Mariupol and bus attack, I'm reserving my judgement until I can do my own research on it.

The majority of Western media handled it with it's usual anti-russia spin. Between subtle hints the the rebels may have been responsible and outright saying that it wouldn't have happened if the rebels would just back down, it got the standard "Russia bad West good" coat of paint.

Considering the rebels claimed they brought the plane down and then tried to backtrack when they found out they shot down a civilian airliner I don't think western media was that far off with their reporting.
