Putin's only fault is that he is a nationalist and west cannot function with that.
Russia then all I have to say is maybe Russia should not have gone running around threatening the end the dollar.
Why the word "contest" is in quotes? Because both of these figures, Timoshenko and Poroshenko, are members of the same team. Together were in the same government. Which by command from the West passed a part of their country into a foreign jurisdiction.
It happened recently. Just five years ago.
Let us remember how those who are loudly shouting about the integrity of Ukraine, at the bidding of the West gave Romania the shelf of the island Zmeiny [meaning "Snake"].
By the way, filled with natural gas fields...
Last official map I checked, there was no such place as "NovoRossiya".

That's correct, UA can be defeated even now but with little bit more of reinforcements to NAF, the job will become smoother. No need for ceasefire until atleast NAF has secured all of DPR and LPR, although whole of NovoRossiya provinces should be taken.
ps: ScientificReligion...........It is Novorossiya and not Eastern Ukraine...............anymore!!

The Ukrainian army is in such a condition that the militia can freely advance until they reach the boundaries of Lugansk and Donetsk regions.
This opinion was expressed by Army General Anatoliy Kulikov, the former Minister of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, in an interview with the “Spetsialnyy Korrespondent” talk show.
Today during a joint press conference with Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk in Kiev, the head of the U.S. Department of State, John Kerry, again failed to answer the question if there is strong evidence that Russian soldiers are involved in the conflict in the East of Ukraine. Instead, he invited the journalists to look for it online.
"Social networks are filled with reports and photos of Russian soldiers, who are brought back to Russia dead. And the parents of these soldiers in Russia are told that their sons were killed somewhere in an accident, " - Kerry said. - There are also prisoners of war who have provided proof of their participation in the conflict (in the East of Ukraine. - RT). And that's enough."
He's not wrong. A quick browse through social media searching for evidence of Russian troops in Ukraine reveals a glut of photo and video evidence.

After the MH17 social media idiocy he simply does that mistake again, can`t anyone give that man some proper media training.
Nikolai Starikov is a Russian writer, opinion journalist, social activist and a co-chairman of Great Fatherland Party and its subsidiary social NGO, Union of Russian Citizens.
If that doesn't help, I fully expect NATO boots to hit Ukraine soil before year's end. This is far from over. NATO and the western world won't allow Putin to stomp on his neighbors any longer. He's a dangerous person.

An army can`t function without troops and decent field commanders.
No matter how many weapons the US is going to send, those 20.000/25.000 ragtag soldiers have no clue about what to do, because their field commanders have no clue what to do...and that isn`t going to change the tide anymore.
Don't worry, the Russian troops, oops, I mean "separatists" will find themselves in a sticky situation quite soon if the US/Ukarine lethal aid deal goes through.
And when Russia deploys their nuclear arsenal, will you continue to defend them even then?

US is not foolish. If it sends weapons to UA, then US Army should be ready to "face off" these weapons in other parts of the world. This means, the corrupt UA soldiers and officers will be willingly selling any weapons to the highest bidder. Once reported fired, there is little accounting for a anti-tank missile or artillery shell.
In addition, Russia will also open the flood gates of RPG-29s, Iglas and Long Range sniper rifles to any one and everyone giving good price per unit. Heck, Russian economy has suffered quite a bit due to lower oil prices.
Russians keep quiet only to an extent but once you start supplying weapons to be used against their men, then Russia becomes ballistic. So why did not Russia attack Pakistan in 80s from where the weapons were coming to Mujahedeen.............that answer will better be given by Gorbachov and Yeltsin types........and such leadership and foreign policy is the main reason USSR broke apart.
Anyone supplying weapons to UA will pay through the nose and Kremlin will make sure of that !!
