Kudos to the OP, and many of the replies. But LOL, us? Learn from history? Look where we're at. We didn't learn sh*t from history.

The biggest problem with Islam is HATE. Islam is full of HATE.

I can't speak for Islam becuase I don't subscribe to any religion. But, i confidently say, Islam is not full of hate. No religion is.

"I want no Muslims"..."Muslim invasion"....

No, he clearly has something against Islam and the general Muslim population. Hell, he wants to ban their faith and their mosques. He even displays forms of racism through stating what the Arab mentality is like.

He generalises Muslims, and he has generalised Arabs. He is clearly intolerant of Islam. I wouldn't be surprised if hate dwells inside of him.

What you said has been the clarion call of Muslim preachers "Islam is in danger".

Any discussion on Islam which is intelligent and unbiased turns to "hating Muslims".

Islam and Muslim are two different things. Islam is a belief-system or an ideology. A Muslim is a human being who must be free to choose any ideology he likes.

When you go to market, you buy the product which you like the most. The same is with religion.

Islam has always been forced through violence and continues to be forced by violence.

Times have changed. Islam is no longer in a position to herd its masses as people know what they NEED to become successful in life.

So the extremism to force people. And the extremism is supported by Anglo-American empire which likes this as a tool to suppress Muslim people.

He most certainly compared the supposed hate and persecution of modern Muslims to that of Jews of WW2. That is not even debatable. That is the entire premise of the argument.

But....that was exactly what I previously stated to you as well. Since "You assume much and read very little" I will state again, what I stated previously:

"The OP is doing no such thing. The OP is not comparing modern day Muslims to the Jews of WWII. The OP is simply stating that the mindset of ignorant people around the world in these modern times reflect the same attitude and perspective of those that condoned the persecution of ALL Jews. [by painting all with one brush]

To generalize and blame an entire group of HUMAN BEINGS belonging to a certain faith for the actions of a few radical A-holes, is history repeating itself.

The OP is speaking about people like YOU who think no different than the German people in Hitler's days. That is where the real comparison lies."

*****

Painting all with one brush can lead to persecution and genocide. The people of Germany allowed propaganda to fuel their ideology and that helped pave the way for the nazis to do what they did. There is a difference between the masses having a perspective Vs its government committing crimes against humanity. I wasn't calling YOU a nazi. I was stating that your kind of thinking gives nazi like people the justification to do what they do because of the support of those who stereotype.

YOU need to relax and read slowly.

You assume much and read very little.

Ironic advise....

No that is retarded. He made no such claim. You assume much and read very little. AND this is why I hate these sort of threads /mindset.

I personally do not participate in things that I hate. To do so is nonsensical. Try to remain emotionally detached my friend.

He made no such claim?

But those people do not represent all muslims - despite what some of the carefully crafted fear mongering propaganda out there will try and tell you.

You know the kind I mean. The propaganda akin to that the Nazi's used about the Jews in the 30's.

The kind that makes people out to be sub-human.
The kind that makes all kinds of assertions about motives.
The kind that deliberately tries to set up differences.
The kind that seizeson the comments of an extremist and tries to make out its a common view.
The kind that singles out one section of society and tries to make out that it is responsible for every kind of problem imagineable.
The kind that picks up on individual issues and tries to make out that all people see it that way.
The kind that gets spread virally on social media out of ignorance, fear and malice. The propaganda du jour.
The kind that leads people to begin to casually accept it.
The kind that leeches and seeps into collective conciousness.
The kind that leads to "reprisals", to witch hunts, to forced segregation, to the wearing of symbols, to tattoo's, to ghetto's to camps to gas chambers...

Hopefully it won't get that far

*****

No one is going to open up dialogue calling people ignorant and hateful because those people are sick of seeing certain groups get a free pass just because its suddenly cool to defend the underdog

I defend human beings of all creed, colour and religion. What do you mean by "underdog"?

I HATE murderers, rapists and thieves. I dont care what their faith or race is.

Me too.

The only way to call them by name other than using their individual millions of personal names is to say "radical Muslims" in this case. If the fact that I say "Muslim" at all offends you then I dont even care any more. You are insane to even take issue with that.

I don't know what the heck this has to do with anything I stated. I didn't take issue with that. Go back and read my previous comment directed to you. Then contemplate your own words:

You assume much and read very little

I agree Islam needs to force people to to believe and why they consider the west a threat. Look around the globe most conflicts currently is Islam waging a war against local populous. Its not even a new thing Islam has lived by the sword since its inception. Islam doesnt have to be violent but until many realize that things are going to get bad.

On earth Muslims commit the most murder. That's the reality of so called "peaceful" Muslims.

What a crock - any student of history would point out that actually atheists have killed more innocent people than any other group.

60-70 million Mao
20-30 million Stalin
3 million Pol Pot
nobody knows how many millions due to the atheists in North Korea, Vietnam, South American dictators such as Pinochet.

How many people have the so called Christian United States killed since WW2? Estimates range from 8 million to 30 million. I repeat, 500,000 CIVILIANS were slaughtered in the Iraq war alone - over 100 A DAY!

Even GERMANY killed less, anywhere from 6-12 million people!! (of course, this was only in under 4 years)

ISIS couldnt even dream of these numbers.

And no of course this doesnt excuse their murders - even one would be horrific, let alone hundreds of Yazidis et all. But the fact remains that the so called peaceful, moderate west, has killed FAR more people than muslims. We just get a free pass cuz we're not brown.

Persecution of Christians can be traced historically from the time of Jesus in the first century to the present time.[1]..has reported that over 100,000 Christians are violently killed annually because of some relation to their faith.[140] According to the World Evangelical Alliance, over 200 million Christians are denied fundamental human rights solely because of their faith.[141] Of the 100-200 million Christians under assault, the majority are persecuted in Muslim-dominated nations.[142] Christians suffer numerically more than any other faith groups or groups without faith in the world. Of the world's three largest religions Christians are the most proportionally persecuted with 80% of all acts of religious discrimination being directed at Christians[143] who only make up 33% of the world's population.[144]

Every year, the Christian non-profit organization Open Doors publishes a list of the top 50 countries where persecution of Christians for religious reasons is worst. The 2014 list has the following countries as its top 10 offenders:[145]

North Korea
Somalia
Syria
Iraq
Afghanistan
Saudi Arabia
Maldives
Pakistan
Iran
Yemen

en.wikipedia.org...

Most people in the West would be surprised by the answer to the question: who are the most persecuted people in the world? According to the International Society for Human Rights, a secular group with members in 38 states worldwide, 80 per cent of all acts of religious discrimination in the world today are directed at Christians.

The Centre for the Study of Global Christianity in the United States estimates that 100,000 Christians now die every year, targeted because of their faith – that is 11 every hour.www.independent.co.uk...

Why are Christians, as a new Pew report documents, the most persecuted religious group in the world? And why is their persecution occurring primarily throughout the Islamic world?..these faiths tend to be coterminous with their respective ethnicities: Buddhists, Asians; Judaism, Jews; Hinduism, Hindus..www.frontpagemag.com...

Mao might have professed to be atheist; the Chinese population was not. The same applies to Pol Pot's Cambodia and Stalin's Russia. The beliefs of the leaders would be simulated as a matter of conformity and survival amongst the populace.

Russia's population has long held a preference for Orthodox Christianity that existed prior to Stalin and exists now. Mao aimed at a truly secular state by threat of death and yet the Chinese continue to have numerous beliefs systems with Buddhism being most popular. Whilst some might argue that Buddhism is atheist, it's actually more like aesthetic agnosticism as it refrains from speculating on the existence of one God. Cambodia is similarly Buddhist by popularity.

I think the common factor is human nature. Mass slaughter has been committed under cover of major and minor religions and atheism too. In that way, it isn't God, gods or non-God that makes people covet their neighbours' land or seek to stifle their happiness.

How quickly we forget...

Thank you for the reminder, I've heard other make comments as those in your op, and the ones I can safely tell, I will speak up and remind them of what happened less than 100 years ago. We can not make that mistake ever again, ever.
