The Truth About Nibiru

Been a while since I've had the opportunity to link to this thread.

The theorized object bears no similarity to what Sitchin claimed about Nibiru. This hypothetical object sits way out in the Kuiper Belt, has an orbit that takes between 5000 and 10,000 years, and doesn't enter into the inner solar system.

If an object of this mass were entering into the inner solar system on a regular occurrence, it would throw all the planets out of orbit. Instead all of the known planets have stable orbits.

Nibiru and Co are just nonsensical conspiracy theories that have nothing to do with real science but unfortunately are propagated online at a much faster rate than ever before.

The story of Nibiru and the Anunnaki was a fiction invented by Sitchin. The Sumerians pinnacle invention was the mud brick and they had a number system which was almost impossible to do math with. The most advanced use of Sumerian mathematics was counting.

At Oxford University, they have translated and digitized all Akkadian and Sumerian texts from the original clay tablets and it is stored electronically, is searchable, and is publicly accessible online:

The Elecronic Text Corpus of Sumerian Literature (ETCSL)

Just out of interest, try searching for "Nibiru" or "Annunaki", or looking through the 'list of proper nouns'.

what about planetary processes(lava) and magnetic pull , or even
uranium gathering at its core along with other heavy metals
to heat from the inside, and sumerians claim they have
GOLD nano particles throughout their atmosphere , which
could insulate rather well
considering it is summer time in usa when the earth

So Elon wants to put worms on Mars? Mechanical earthworms. Sounds reasonable. But it will take a whole lot of epoxy to make the walls air tight.

The epoxy must flow!

This is a quick 4 min video on living inside martian lava tubes. It gets good about a minute in.

youtu.be...

It addresses the air tight issue.

So you are claiming the sumerians didn't write about God's that came out of the sky? Lol.

What are you talking about?

With the new telescope, they will find it within a year. They said so. A scientist.

So obviously not a conspiracy or fake science.

Wasn't Nibiru created by a old lady in Wisconsin or something like that ?

If it was internally heated, we'd probably see its radiation if it were planet sized.

Gold is the fourth most conductive element to heat.

At roughly 200 times further away from the Sun than the Earth and with the inverse square law defining the radiated energy, I don't think it would matter which side was turned towards the sun, or the stored atmospheric heat, because it's too cold to have an atmosphere. Every element would be a solid at that temperature.

The Sumerians had no idea of space above the atmosphere.

en.m.wikipedia.org...

an-un-na-ki is recorded several times in ECTSL. Read the entries to get the flavour of what was actually written by Sumerians and Akkadians, rather than how Sitchin interpreted it.

The word/s "an-un-na-ki" described the descendants of the Earth goddess (Ki) and the sky god (An), when the Earth and the sky were inseparable (joined together). Then Enlil, the eldest of their children, split the sky and the Earth apart and carried his mother, the Earth, away from his father.

So, is that why they identified "12 Planets?" Because they were all on the Earth's surface? It sounds like you're in way over your head.

No, as far as we know, they knew of no planets at all. They didn't differentiate between stars or planets.

It is believed that later Babylonians referred to planets, of which there were five known.

The whole 12 planets bit was probably the 5,000 intervening years of occultists who confused the 12 signs of the Babylonian Zodiac. 'Cause you could just make stuff up and no-one could call BS on it, like they do today.

It comes from Sitchin's completely wrong analysis of Cylinder Seal VA243.

I didn't say they did. I said that they identified "12 planets." You do know what quotation marks are, and what they're used for, right?

They didn't identify 12 of whatever you're implying. The only celestial objects they identified were the Sun and the Moon.

I imagine there are several expressions they could be used for.

Like, perhaps they are trying to indicate a shrug saying "I have no actual idea"?

Perhaps in the context of what we were discussing, you could have said that they identified "12 cheeses" (nudge nudge wink wink) and have been just as as meaningful yet still very mysterious?
