ROMANEK BUSTED!- Stan Caught Red Handed FAKING-HOAXING - New Development

Alright,

I am not sure if there is really any point, but since I made them I figured I may as well post them. I agree with member OneNationUnder, in that I don't think that Romanek "flipped a pen", but that he used his thumb to activate a simple mechanism that then launched some sort of elastic band which lands on the shelf behind him...

The still from the beginning of the video: it shows that the middle shelf behind Romanek previous to him activating the mechanism is bare.


And this one shows that after he activates the mechanism and the elastic thing flies over his head that it lands on the shelf. Looks kinda like one of those elastic hairbands that ladies wear to me.


Romanek should be ashamed of himself.

You seem to have lost focus on the fact that this is Stan Romanek, a pathological liar, i.e. the alleged surveillance, wiretaps, hacks and intrusions are all BS too. Come on now!

Let me get this straight. Hmmmm. You're suggesting that Romanek is an unreliable reporter and may in fact be dishonest? You're implying that there never were hacked computers or intrusions?

Does this mean that he and his wife's greatest tale isn't true?

From the knowledge of how easy it is to hack into and place images with doctored exif and meta data, and knowing the degree with which he has been shadowed and harassed, I don't believe anything. I do know how counterintelligence works, and how devastating even if proved wrong such charges can be to someone. It is an effective method to destroy someone and their credibility without much evidence. It will also set fears across the genera for those talking about a reality some agencies will kill to stop. This is most likely a no-blood killing.

NSA and deeper agencies have used this to destroy others and send a chilling message throughout their targeted networks.

This is a very good way of not only scaring the UFO/Alien community of researchers and anyone willing to speak on the issue publicly, but if works as planned, others will be targeted with similar bloodless methods, neutering their credibility and ruining lives. It is too easy to do for these agencies or dark ops tasked to shore up proprietary deep beyond government secrecy.

Note the posted disclaimer Huffington Post adds to the article:

The criminal charges are only allegations and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.

This is news-weapon is classic, but so effective a weapon that works even if proven false. He will be scarred for good.

Yea, but we need the proof of what you say. Where is the proof that he is not telling the truth as he knows it? All I have seen is articles of non-professionals alleging, with subjective non-scientific evidence he is lying. They are as bad as anyone trying to prove any UFO or Alien story. Where is the evidence, and not just writers smithing a point with low res video and diagrams?

Proof works both ways. "Beyond a shadow of a doubt" is the standard before we destroy your reputation and credibility for life.

Any one of us can be taken down by the same techniques. Someone, anyone here of sufficient skills can find out your identity from your posts, go in to your history through common pay-for-data sites and find enough information to ruin you. Reporting and linking the "verified" data for anything from DUI, visits to mental health professionals, bad credit, misdemeanors and other citations to even your grades. Not to mention what "others" say about you. Yea its illegal. For us.

In this area of research (UFO/anomalies/Alien) it is imperative that we stick to absolute truth and not fly off the handle at every scandal. We are being kept from the most important information in history if what all the evidence suggests, FOIA and government, military, credible professionals, scientists, engineers, researchers and even people like our mothers and dearest friends know. Something is going on, and we are being held away from the information by whatever means possible, including defamation and death. The secrets define super advanced technologies, people who are involved directly, beings from other worlds/universes and within, solutions to all our practical problems on this planet like energy, science/physics, health, knowledge and understanding beyond our simplistic everyday network news spew. Hopefully also the problem of limited intelligence on this rock that has been the legacy of systems carefully made to control everything and everyone. I would not so flippantly disregard these questionable-at-best facts for such a transparent and socially volatile news item. Or we can just be semi-intelligent just like 99% of the population.

There is a lot to this story I don't know about. I do not make a habit of wasting any times with these kinds of people online anymore. Things just are not as they once where in the way of information, and reliable sources. Its been proven 99.99% of the time to turn out as some kind of hoax/fraud.

He served time for molesting minors and possessing material related to sex with children - film and photos. He pleaded guilty to the charges. So if these facts are true. Then this guy has already been charged, and pleaded guilty. And is still out and about here, and people are taking this grim black heart mans words on anything?
From the surface what it seems like to me is.
This guy, he made some stupid internet videos. Got a tinfoil hat army behind him. Got some attention.
That attention brought "attention" and he got busted.

Sounds like he got what he was after all along, attention.

I really do not care one way or the other. I have read the facts, and as they stand. I see no smear job on this guy. I think he has done a good enough job with that job all on his own accord.
Yes some guys are sick twisted mind jobs, and sometimes there is no conspiracy behind a guy who sought attention, got it, then got busted.

(Yet there could always be more to this than I am seeing, I just do not have the energy to dig any deeper here. Many highly respected members here have done a lot of foot work on this subject. I will take their word on this subject here, and stick with the facts here that have been presented on this mans character, and its very grim and dark.)

The quote is about another person (the late Col. Wendall Stevens) who copped a plea to prevent from having his family torn apart. Those were the allegations and, yes, he served time as a result of the plea deal. Other than the fact that he also was a UFO researcher it has nothing to do with Stan.

Your quote was written by me and it was referring to Colonel Wendelle Stevens not Stan Romanek. Romanek has only been charged and it's up to the Courts to decide whether he's guilty of possession/distribution of child porn or not. I don't want my words taken out of context and directed at someone who is innocent until proven guilty.

It's interesting that there have been people in the UFO and paranormal field who've had a huge cultural and media influence. J Allen Hynek, John E. Mack, Whitley Strieber, Stan Friedman and even David Icke. None of whom have been associated with this type of activity.

After reading some of the comments in this thread I started to dig more into Romanek.

He seems to have an interesting history of excuses for behavior. From dyslexia up to his pc being hacked.

As for the latest accusation we will need to wait and see what the courts decide to do. The prelim hearing / discovery phase, should it get that far, is where we will find out what he is specifically being accused of and what evidence the state has to support its charges.

Which Stan incident are you referring to? The video above?

If you read his books and hear his talks for various engagements, and also are familiar with others similarly coming out publicly, you see how some of the dangers associated with knowing this information and that speaking to media on the subjects can be a deterrent for any overt attacks or actions by silencing agencies or individuals.

So to answer your question, he realized at the onset he needed to go public, even though it changed his life. At least he would not loose his life if a high media profile was maintained.

I've read his first book. That is a good way to understand his situation better than the counter-media expresses it. Most are reacting to information and statements with no real in-depth understanding or actual reference. Most read a headline or title and believe wrongly what the substance is. Real journalistic research demands we are somewhat familiar with the detail of the subject we write about, but because this is a public forum, anyone who has an unfounded opinion can say what they think. Unfortunately many do not actually know details and like horny sheep we love titillation. Big media knows this. It is a tool, a method to have us think what they want us to think. or, just to keep us asleep.

Media news is written by management, then given to journalists to add their by-line. Smaller publishers not so much, but policy for large news broadcasters and newspapers dictate the color and detail for any story published. Remember who owns the media now. ATS is a direct response to these facts. It comes with a price though. Usually a lot of filtering for actual truth.

Well if the media accounts are accurate he will have plenty of time to write about his paranormal experiences from jail.

Loveland man arrested on child exploitation charges

A 51-year-old Loveland man has been arrested on suspicion that he distributed child pornography.
Stanley Romanek was arrested Thursday in the 3900 block of Ash Avenue on felony charges of sexual exploitation of a child.

According to police, the arrest was the result of a months-long investigation into tips provided by the Department of Homeland Security.

The warrant for Romanek's arrest called for no bond, but after an initial appearance before a judge, the terms were modified to a $20,000 personal recognizance bond. As of Thursday night he remained in custody.

While the arrest warrant was issued Wednesday, the initial search warrant on his computer was served in April 2013.
