Damned if he did it, damned if he didn't do it.

From a purely discrediting point of view, a sex case accusation is the perfect weapon of choice for the digital age if you want to smear someone in the eyes of the public, effectively shut someone down.

Having said that, just because you move in controversial circles and have rubbed tptb up the wrong way, doesn't mean he did NOT do what he's accused of..he could have.

This is what makes the sex case tool a particularly powerful weapon...it might be true, it might not be true...but crap sticks either way.

Very true. But I'm an older guy and can still remember when people were innocent until proven guilty. As I posted earlier, this child porn technique has been used before. And again, I know there are lots of people who have 'debunked' Stan because 'they're sure' (fill I the blank) was faked. Very few have bothered to look past the surface and read what's been going on and what has been documented over the years. Could he have done this? Sure. But again, Stan has publicly documented (with witnesses --- and not just his wife) the fact that his home has been broken into multiple times and his files (and such) rifled through, he has been wiretapped, surveiled, and his computers have been broken into repeatedly. This is all widely documented. Knowing this --- as he clearly does --- what are the odds that he would be downloading/sending child porn on a computer he knows TPTB have access to? And the timing (with his documentary about to be released) is suspicious to say the least. If someone is a child predator run them through the wood chipper. But I'll withhold my judgment. I believe this is intended as a character assassination to shut him up.

If so and the government is smearing Him..This is a major major crazy dangerous and shocking.I hope Romanek is hoaxing if this kind of abuse is going on with the U.S.government

Well it does appear he flung a pen but I cannot tell for sure.So sounds like He is a hoaxer.Still cannot tell for 100% certainty as of yet.

Well I can see His thumb move as well.I can see the pen fly up as well.I cannot say He defiantly flipped it up with his thumb for sure.The pen though flies up at the same time you see His thumb or finger,so more than likely He flung the thing.

Hmm whats more likely, A.) the object was thrown poltergeist style off the corner of his desk near his hand by the will of entities whilst at the same time twitching his thumb for what ever reason, or B.) He chucked the pen at himself?

Can you provide a source to support your comment that the government hacked into his computer and planted evidence? Or are you referring to the warrant that allowed police to seize his computer?

Also, over the last year there have been major child pornography rings brought down. Its entirely possible the arrests we are seeing are stemming from those previous investigation. Since an arrest warrant was issued there should be a probable cause affidavit. If we can locate that it will tell us what the arrest was for.

The charge as far as we know (without having an attorney in place until next week) is of possession of…NOT distribution. He was released Thursday, and can not access internet for the time being…as a condition of his release.

Anyone who follows Stan is already aware of the harrassment, break-ins, hacking and remote access of our computers for starters that we have experienced.

It is our belief, that whoever has been accessing our system also left behind traces to verify the Office of Homeland Security tip that the police department received.

For those of you who have reached out for answers with love and concern … I hope this helps you understand what’s happening.

For those of you who live in fear and function in hate..please just unfriend us both and do not make this terrifying situation any worse with your ignorant threats and ugly statements. They will not be responded to and will be deleted and reported as abusive.

We will be taking UFOlogy into the courtroom. We know that this has EVERTING… to do with our being outspoken about the ET/UFO reality!

Just google these words(Lisa Romanek responds) and it finds the report.
You will probably notice type errors in this report.I just copied and pasted it because the link I posted did not work.
So basically if this is Lisa Romaneks response ,Her and Stan are both blaming this on the alien and UFO stuff with their family.
Lisa Romanek says the arrest where for the possession of child pornography on His computer not the distribution of child pornography and they both said it was plnated there by hackers.

I find the wife's comment unusual... While the first part is the denial, the second part seemed like an attempt to make a distinction between possession and distribution.

Its entirely possible the law being used - possession / distribution - are one in the same in Colorado instead of 2 different charges. In order to distribute a person must have it in their possession / possibly a lesser included offense / modifier.

There is no info I can find on either the Loveland Colorado Police or the Larimer County District Attorney's office.

I would also wager that bringing up extraterrestrials during a prelim hearing on child porn is not going to go over all that well.
