At least 21 insurgents have been killed in central Iraq after a car bomb was detonated by accident, reports say.

Ah well, if you play with fire, you may get burned.
I guess Muslim mothers don't tell their kids that one.
I reckon it would be a hit. Muslim mother "ahh how quickly they blow up theses days".

well i guess im a bit different i figure the fight needs to be won. You cant allow people who are willing to kill women and children to continue without a fight.
Who do you plan to fight? How do you plan to win? You can't fight what you can't see or find until it wants to engage you. You can't fight what isn't even physical in the ultimate bottom line. We're fighting an idea at this stage as much as anything. It didn't start that way and it shouldn't have gone that way ..but it has. It's Vietnam ALL over again and now, it's really matched that in more ways than is funny to talk about.
How do you defeat the Taliban? They're based in a nation we can't fight and can't interdict. Like Vietnam. They hide among and within civilians too scared to give them up ..and why should they? They're dead if they do and US troops damn sure won't defend them. We're leaving and they know it. No one in their right mind will risk a thing for us now...when they'll be there to face the music when we're back home trying to forget it.
I think we had our chance to win this thing in November of 2001. CIA and Green Berets lead a force of Northern Alliance fighters right up Bin Ladens tail pipe and they HAD his sorry butt cold. All they asked Washington for was a blocking force to be dropped on the Paki- border so the pursuit wouldn't see the bastard just cross lines and vanish (which is what happened). CIA got told 'thanks...no thanks...stand down and let the Marines take over'. Well.. they did. Bin laden laughed his way into safety and the first waves of US Marines came into the Kandahar region. A real war was set and it NEVER HAD TO HAPPEN.
We can't win...what our leaders never intended to BE won. It's far past time, I believe, that ALL our people get out of there. That includes the US people at the Baghdad Embassy (If they want to call that City within a City an Embassy.)
Hopefully the final evacuations, when they come from Baghdad and Kabul...aren't choppering people off rooftops again. That made for horrible P.R. the first time and I was just a toddler then. I'd hate to have to live the sequel of shame.

It's always a pleasure to see good decent people having a big laugh at others being horribly blown to pieces.
It's good sometimes to just sit back and revel in the deaths of others. Makes us all feel good inside doesn't it?
Enjoy your day folks - I'm sure those random non-entities who got turned into bloody chunks won't! Hahahahahahah!

that won't put on a uniform so they can be identified
Some people live by the killing of others.
before the civilians of Iraq may know a day without bomb blasts and gunfire.
Those civilians are the ones I care about expending energy to worry over

So if they put on a uniform and then blew some people up that would be acceptable?

It's all a matter of personal opinion here.
I no more find pleasure in the deaths of those men than I would if it was Iraqi civilians or U.S. personnel.
I find it perverse to be reveling over someone's death.
