The anti-vaccine movement is horrible on many levels. Letting other people be exposed to your darling, toxic little petri dishes is unforgivable.

Vaccines work and though they rarely have an unintended consequence, a 1 in a several thousand "what if" is nothing compared to the horrid certainty of a preventable disease.

There IS a certain conspiracy in vaccines, though. Doctors have conspired to save lives and prevent tragic disease in spite of people's paranoid, ignorant impulses against all science.

Seeing nearly wiped out disease re-emerge in schools lately, due to confused parents, is a head scratcher.

Then again, if it weren't so tragic, letting evolution do its thing by weeding out the bad apples' genetic line might be satisfying, but those non-vaccinated kids aren't making the decisions... the well intentioned but ignorant parents are.

Hmmm, that reminds me... I'm decades late for some boosters.

My choosing not to vaccinate my children does not make me any of the things that you have alluded to or indicated that I am in your quote. Your quote does however say many fascinating things about you. Next time I have to make an important decision I'll remember to consut with you since your clearly know better than the rest of us... As a mortician who has done plenty of cases over the last 35 years of children who have died from preventable illness. When I hear a parent ( usually white privileged middle class ) state they are " not going to do that" .... I just want to punch them in the head to wake them up.

YES!.. Because freedom of choice shouldn't really exist... People should just do as YOU want them to do???

You do know that they don't need to have all the vaccines until they are ready for school . You can pace the vaccines
And 20 vaccines? No deary not anywhere near that number. Not even if you include booster shots.
MMR, DPT, VARICELLA, TB, hepatitis a and b. There are a few others but these are the required vaccines for school.

Interesting life pursuits...and by your way of thinking, since fitness is a necessary part of living a healthy life, shouldn't everyone be required to be physically fit?
Taking your belief in mandatory vaccination to the next logical step would mean that we'd all be required to prove that we have a membership in your fitness center or some similar institution?

The argument at hand is pointless in and of itself. After three pages of the same thing over and over and then the other thread . It is your personal opinion and research that convinces one way or the other. Both are right and both are wrong. Luckily for now we can still choose in the future not so much....

There are Pros and Cons regarding Vaccines. When most of these diseases that the vaccines were created for were on the decline in the US and UK because of better living standards and better sanitation people were given these and a lot died as a result.

Just because it isn't in the news does not mean it isn't so. If you look back at the Chronological History of Vaccines you will be shocked to learn a lot of people were killed and a lot damaged by the same vaccines that were supposed to help them.

I don't trust these chemical cocktails. I know a lot of people that have never vaccinated their children and their kids have never contracted any of the diseases that vaccinated kids have gotten as they have grown up.

By taking Vaccines you have a 50 / 50 chance of either being maimed or killed. Autism is now on the rise because of these things. And the MMR vaccine is very good at destroying brain cells.

Have a look at the history of vaccinations and health. It is a very accurate history and is very informative. If you want to disbelieve it and play dumb then that is up to u but it's worth the time out to ave a good read of it!

I was vaccinated for everything. Still got measles, mumps, chicken pox. It was very common back then. I'm lucky I didn't get polio.

When it comes to ignoring the safety of others the choice isn't yours anymore, it's the same as speed limits. Do you think people should be free to ignore speed limits, or dui limits?

Maybe you don't care about your kids, but they will spread disease to other kids, not acceptable.

Science works, ignorance fails.

Would your let your kids to to India without any vaccinations? If the answer is yes, you should have your kids taken away, simple.

What happened to common law in this country? It's like it don't exist. If i don't want poison injected into my child's veins then I guess my child needs to be taken from me and put in an artificial foster home where he/she will never be happy. If I want to freely non commercially without license plates or not sign up for a drivers license contract then I guess I better be locked up for not transferring legal title of my property to the state so they can own it. And if I want to live off grid, I can't do that outside of L.A. cuz the power company wants to make bank off me so swat team will kick me off my own property that i own outright. And if I want to go fishing cuz maybe I'm hungry well I better go get permission from the county first. If i want to a plant, I have to worry and live in fear of being caged like an animal with real animals that might want to hurt me.
What if i don't like being a U.S. citizen and paying taxes and don't want any services of the state? Am I forced to have to accept them and all the debt and man made laws? Why can't I just live where I want like animals?

And you can find more real evidence that vaccines benefit people than you can find real evidence to the contrary.

Anyone can write anything about everything. Doesn't mean it's real though.

On their own? Why no they don't, but can a dead virus be reactivated by external factors, like say the harmful additives in our food supply which build up in the body over time, or other additives from other vaccines received on the same day?

Funny how a lot, although not all, of the people I know who get flu vaccines, wind up getting extremely sick..

Going by some of the posts in this thread I think it's only fair that vaccinations become mandatory with only medical exemptions being allowed.

I'm sorry, but I just simply don't believe that. If we can reanimate a complex organism like a human being up to an hour after death, then I see no reason why an infinitely less complex microorganism such as a virus, can not. Also, I believe it should be at least stated that there is no known method of re-activating a virus.

Furthermore, reanimation or not, I think it is seriously bad taste for anybody to inject a virus, dead or not, into their body. That's just stupid >.>
