Here's the thing. Camper was exposed to many of the CIA MkUltra II programs of which Monarch was one. He wrote extensively about Monarch in books.google.com... . The question is did he get access to all of these CIA/MilIntel programs so that he could be familiar as education as a disinformation agent?

He did support the single gun JFK theory. lol

Frank is still alive, The Gut needs to get him here ASAP !

Hey pigsy.

Great article you linked to regarding the study of radiation traces at the very locations UFO activity was reported according to rendalsham incident witnesses.

If anything it helps back up the witnesses claims. Something was there at those very locations cited that left still lingering radiation traces.

Reminds me of beta radiation sources used in the 1980s for stealth purposes. Of course beta radiation gives off high energy electrons...or positrons. Its possible other things not related to the vehicles propulsion,or even stealth...but its purpose instead could cause those. Plasma possibly present and claimed by witnessed too...isn't that interesting. What could that be used for....hint I'm not talking about propulsion or weaponry, nor stealth (although stealth may play a small part) . And all associated with a small, sneaky and highly curious asset too. Hmmmm.

I think it was probably having a bad day. And I think cointelpro would love to point fingers at UFOs, aliens, time traveling folks from 20000 years in the future or any other stunt to obsfucate what could have been going on regarding the incidents .

Unfortunately there is very little information on the Norfolk Power Outage in 1980 that I could find. Utility companies are exempt from FOIA in the UK. Reports of power outages rarely make the news, even now, unless thousands of customers are without supply for more than 24 hours.

I did find this : The Lantern (Winter 1980 - pdf).



The specific report is p13 of the pdf. It looks like this was the original source of the news story posted earlier in the thread.

The investigation into the radiation at the points within the forest raises questions, some 37 years later there is still trace of whatever "it" was! That is fascinating..... 37yrs and still a trace left afterwards, wow.. that must have been some bird....

With the effects that have been mentioned and documented by the witnesses, I do wonder if these are just the side effects of some of the things that you mentioned in relation to a small stealth like asset. First thing I am thinking is, did they attempt to downsize and shrink down something like the F117a to something you could fit into the back of a car?

With mention of the Plasma, I initially thought of Plasma Stealth and electrically charging the leading edge causing some of the side-effects with it being an experimental aircraft and Penniston's drawings do have a delta style shape to them which I have always found interesting. Could we be looking at a "Object Camouflage Method And Apparatus" experimental craft that utilized Strontium-90 or something much more radioactive for the RAM coating? - why is there high radiation points in the forest still?

Looking at the tech we are aware of at least, I know the Russians were looking into this way back in the 70's, I have been searching for what of these known technologies could and would have caused the effects the airmen encountered.

Static in the air, blue beams (lasers) being shot down, the light that Burroughs walked into and fell to the floor..

Could this craft have had a layer or cloud of plasma surrounding it as part of its Stealth capabilities? From a simple electrostatic or RF discharges to laser style plasma's that would explain some of the beams potentially?

Just thinking out loud..(after digesting your post and my admin at work is going to be worried about all the things I googled to even grasp a simple understanding of any of what I just posted meant lol)

with this and other things occurring in the part of England...it does make one wonder if these two are related. Lets say a highly experimental aircraft that EM bursted over the same area causing the issues or maybe part of its "capabilities" that unwittingly interfered with the local systems?

We all have friends, some closer than others and should GUT be very very close friends with Camper as you have suggested, would it not be reasonable to assume that the Gut would be aware of all the books Camper has written to include "Mindbenders", it makes no sense that he was not aware of that book . Just saying.

Yeah, I noticed that too.

The radioactive material that is used as part of the ram coating on stealth assets isn't harmful to personell or pilots that work on such aircraft BUT it is if inhaled or ingested....

Makes one wonder considering Burroughs injuries and his gums going white, other injuries to his mouth and issues with his eyes??!!

Also there is mention earlier in the thread if some of the witnesses had a sore throat??

If you check out my old radiation effects thread, you'll find the gums, eyes and much are what would be expected during over exposure in a medical facility to x-rays or radiotherapies.

The mystery was how non-ionising radiation could cause this type of injury.

We now know (since my June post) that Hal Puthoff claimed that it was not just non-ionsiing.

There is also a gamma beam / laser.
