From what I was told though, It was Truman that met with the visitors during the early 50's (1953 after the H-Bomb tests I believe) Nixon was there as a witness (this supposedly affected him during his time as VP for Eisenhower, and it was Nixon's talks to Ike that pushed Ike into that famous MIC comment during his farewell address)

Later as POTUS Nixon wanted to disclose to the US the whole UFO affair, but as I stated earlier in this thread, the Director of the CIA had a lot of security issues with him doing so.

The meeting at the Airbase was later retold so that Eisenhower was the President at the time of the meeting, but this was pushed by a few dis-information guys (and a couple of sensationalists) trying to mix up the general populace about the meeting.

If I recollect correctly (IIRC) Ellison Onizuka (that died in the 1986 Challenger explosion) told Clark Mcclelland that during his Air Force career he was presented (with other Air Force officials) with a film of Aliens landing at an US Air Force base (I believe it was Edwards AFB, but I could be wrong!)

IIRC, also astronaut Gordon Cooper talked about a existing film documenting the landing of aliens on a USAF base.

And as I point out, aliens would be at the technological singularity. They'd be able to easily control us like we control a fly's flight path with a flashlight. Past even looking at behavior correlations, our brainpower would be so trivial to them that they could analyze our billions of neurons and control them logically with cause -> effect at the neural level, like we can in really simple insects like worms.

Maybe...maybe not.

For all we know, their only big advancement beyond us is propulsion. But, that's enough to enable them not to need anything from us really. I don't leap to the assumption that they are so advanced as to be godlike. Though, of course, it is a possibility.

If you believe the lore, Kennedy was the last President to be officially in the loop on the whole ET issue. Reagan was, but only through Bush, not because he was officially briefed on it, or so the lore goes. Carter actively pursued it to, only to get nowhere also.

I'd like to add to this;
Propulsion is probably the only thing they have on us.
Look at the reports of Abductions (lets pretend that they are true since they all sound alike):

*Aliens use evasive surgical techniques to examine the human body vs. Humans using MRI's to do the same thing

Look at how little their ships change:

*Alien ships reported back in the 1600's (as seen in paintings) look similar to ships seen during the 1950's
*Aliens have ships that often times are spotted on Radar
*Alien ships have a reported shinning look to them (why not camouflage then while inside a planets atmosphere?)

Aliens may be further along tech wise then us, but I really doubt they are as innovating as us when it comes to using technology. This may be why we'll make something (Delta-wing jets, MRIs, Stealth Technologies) then we hear about UFOs having this ability. Maybe the Aliens are taking our Technologies for their use.

What really I don't get about this whole thing is:

What "help" did the Greys get from humanity that allowed them to prevail over the Nordics?? So we gave them some cows and humans and that was enough to sway their fortunes in this intergalactic (well probably just Galactic) War?

Where were the big fireworks between the Greys and Nordics that involved Earth? Surely that "battle" would have taken place either on Earth or our Solar System.

It doesn't add up. If humans were so vital that TWO other Galactic Civilizations needed our assistance, where is the proof? What did we have to offer both the Greys and the Nordics that they could not achieve on their own? Surely if we are so much in demand, other Galactic races would be STILL making offers to us.


Just like humans to think we are so special that all the other beings in the universe need help from our relatively primitive society.............................. Please.

Viet nam and afghanistan in the 80's were both examples of the US and the USSR fighting each other by proxy through intermediaries instead of resorting to all out war with each other directly. perhaps this is an example of an intergalactic cold war.

I admit this is a tale that many looking into the subject may want to believe, if at all Roswell was true or anything to do with the proclaimed visitation by an ET race from those with intelligence connections in the US government. But really it is just another piece of disinformation that sprung out in the 80s, a peak time for disinformation spilling out into the media. There out two give aways which tell that this was part of the disinformation scheme, one specifically that the original sources said that meeting with the big nosed greys. The only source for a big nosed grey alien is the government source of disinformation coming from intelligence sources at Wright Patterson. Supposedly an individual came across air force intelligence information in the late 70s that spoke about 'big headed greys,' as greys was a term the government later gave the EBEs. So in a disinformation reference to the big headed greys in the late 70s some five years later the term big nosed greys was copped. The other is that the government has been questioning abductees about the details and motivations of aliens since it started happening in large numbers during the 1950s, it was obviously a group of beings not working with them in any way because of how they approached the relationship.

Well, so does the 21st Century. I remember sitting in an 8th grade advanced studies class, and we were talking about the internet - Hotmail had just come out earlier that year, followed by MSN Messenger. It was a big thing - no one had texting, see.

My teacher did a small unit on the internet and was talking about how eventually we would do things like order stuff online - we couldn't believe that. At the time, I was using it to look up walkthroughs for games or strategies for Starcraft.

I had dial-up - in order to play Diablo II with a friend, I would have to call her up.

Anyway, I did a project for my web design class where I sifted through hundreds of pages of different alien lore on the net and then compiled a story based on where they overlapped. So it could be science fiction, honestly. But it does represent the... canon.

Except for the part about the operating systems that are able to be modified by the user, that actually sounds more Nordic.

Elected Presidents, Prime Ministers and Chancellors come and go. Whilst others remain in power for years, in plain sight, like Hoover did at the FBI. Others are not so obvious. It doesn't prove there are aliens. But when the new boy takes office he has to fight the bureaucrats and unseen influences who already know the game and how to help or hinder the man/woman in charge of a nation.

He was probably referring to the Secret Government or the puppet masters that works behind the scenes.

About the POTUS being briefed on the UFO/Aliens subject, it seems that since Reagan they are getting less information. It also seems that TPTB are more "open" to republican presidents, wich in itself is no surprise.

I think that the elected presidents, prime-ministers/Chancellors are just a front to create an illusion over the general populace that the people´s vote rules and our political systems are transparent and democratic (in the so-called western democracies).

The TPTB with Military-Industrial Complex (MIC) starring on a proeminent position are effectivelly the rulers/governments. Always remember Ike´s speech when leaving office.

But here is something to ponder. What if there is no good guys in any of this?

That would seem to be the only prudent way to proceed, assuming that NONE of them (assuming they are visiting) have our best interests at heart, because indeed, why WOULD they?

I definitely would agree that there are no true "good guys" here. With the infinity of space and the possibility of Galactic conquest to assume something like that would be labeling things as black and white, it's just not that simple.

Who's to say "the government" hasn't been lied to itself by the beings, and is doing all of the slave work without realizing it? Yes, there is high speculation as to whether this "treaty" took place but if it did, let's consider the common denominator: It's aliens we're dealing with and the entire subject is unprecedented. The human brain is so limited and undeveloped that these things could run circles around us with their agenda and we would never know about it.

If humans are capable of disinformation then I'd say Aliens are too, on a much grander scale obviously. It all comes down to them understanding us better than we understand them. I would even go as far as saying: They understand us better than we understand ourselves.

John Lear, Al Bielek, Phil Schneider, Bob Lazar.. all talk of the greys..mostly in bad ways. The UN even has a board of the tall greys 7 footers that sit above all. We were sold years ago, its as plain as the nose on your face.

Eisenhour and Regan were 2 that had involvement according to Bielek. Back then the pleadians went to the yanks first who weren't interested as they cut a deal with the greys, so they went to the Nazi's instead under the proviso that they were good little monkeys and didn't go to war.. oops.

Time travel, anti gravity, inter dimensional travel, invisibility, particle beam weaponry, aliens upon aliens upon aliens..the government has known about all this stuff for years.

As for pyramids..like the ones under water at the Bermuda triangle are used as an inter dimensional conduit.
