The good news for Latin/Hispanic ancestry is that you are closer to Indian ancestry and likely are indigenous within your family ancestry; more so than the rest of the World with regard to the right to be in the USA.

Well, the Spaniards didn't bring their women, because they didn't want to come to the new world, so they raped native American women at will, while working the men to death in the fields. I guess the means their descendants are more likely to have Native American blood, but I don't see how they get a special pass against the sins of their fathers.

If the British hadn't started to colonize the new world, then the Spanish would have taken all of it.

There is undenyable proof that even the Clovis were here before American Indians.

Empires rise and fall, expand and contract. Tribes and nations throughout the world were conquered and their lands claimed. It's been happening for thousands of years. There are places all over the world that once belonged to someone else. And now these established nations have their rules and laws established. It's the way it is.

What happened to the Native Americans is terrible, but it happened. A nation is established, now, and within it's laws are conditions of citizenship. Legal USA residents would do well to learn from the mistakes of the Native American people, and stick to a set guideline to citizenship for immigrants.

If he truly believed what he posted he would have done it from another country because he should've deported himself before calling everyone else out. While I despise what happened to the Natives here in America, you cannot talk about free earth as if there are not certain benefits to living in various countries that occupy said land. Who is going to pay for all that stuff? Should we just get rid of countries and paying for anything and say fend for yourselves? You know that is stupid.

We come together, we build towns, cities, schools, and pay for services. Those who come here and want a part of what we have built need to do it the right way. If you want to say no more schools, healthcare etc and make your way working fine, but you and I both know that will never happen. We need to deport the illegals and keep them out. We know that won't happen either because of politics. So in the end unless Americans force the issue start learning Spanish.

The worst case I can think of was American woman who married a man from Mexico, because he had entered the country without documentation previous to their marriage he was found to be inadmissible. Under those circumstances they are allowed to petition for a waiver of inadmissibility, but it requires proof that if the spouse was banned from the US it would result in extreme hardship for the USC, and there are no guarantee's it'll be granted. While awaiting a decision on their petition for a waiver he was required to return to his home country (as he was inadmissible and would continue to be until and unless their petition was granted.

He got an apartment near the consulate office he would be required to attend if they called him in for an interview and one night she couldn't reach him (It was horrible because she was on an immigration forum that night asking for help in contacting people down there and support, as she tried over and over with no answer. Eventually some news came out that 3 men were found dead in a car, they were able to identify 2 of them but not the 3rd if I recall correctly, but by then we all kinda knew because they were his friends. The third body (his) was not immediately recognized. They never made it.

There family was very literally torn apart.

The reason applications have that question is so that they can fulfill the government quotas on hiring minorities. It is legal discrimination against Caucasians basically. Isn't that a great way to celebrate the Independence of America from Britain?

Look, you can use this argument till the cows come home, but settlement in America was a different time, and now all countries have legal boundaries and laws regarding entering. Mexico has laws and will put El Salvadorans in jail for being there illegally, so please, don't bother with silly arguments such as this. What happened in 1492 when ships came to the Americas is not relevant to people today sneaking over the border and running around using resources that taxpayers have to pick up the tab for.
When a woman marries a man who snuck over the border illegally then complains about it, what does that tell you about her? What does it say about people who use these arguments to scream about injustice?

You have no clue what you are talking about. I will not share any personal information about my situation, but I am farthest thing from a hypocrite there can be. Clearly you did not read the entire thread and assimilate the message put forth properly....that is okay...you are not alone....different levels of intelligence...I get it....Anyway...I was certain the responses were going to be denial to a great extent...that is okay, doesn't change the truth, the history books were written by white men to serve their own agenda, I do not condone the behavior of selfish, egotistical thieves and murderers.
