for your other questions about the street signs and addresses. you have to remember it was dark, and it was raining. you can drive around in that complex for a while and since everything sort of looks the same at first glance i'd probably take a look at the street signs too to make sure. its the only reason I could think of to why he would need to check the name of the street.

Under normal circumstances I would agree with you, but not in this case. Zimmerman is the guy running the neighborhood watch. There are only 3 streets. He had just come from the mailbox/clubhouse area ( a clear landmark), if anyone would know where he was at, it would be Zimmerman.

Plus he walked in the opposite direction of his vehicle. This part really bothers me. Zimmerman admits to the 911 operator that he is following. After being told he is not needed to do that, he says "ok" which would indicate that Zimmerman is no longer going to follow. So why walk to the same area you last saw your "suspect" rather than going back to your vehicle? In the rain no less!

I just do not believe that Zimmerman intended to stop following Martin. I think he probably meant to follow him from a distance or at the very least keep an eye on his whereabouts so he could point him out to Police. This is the only reason I can think of for why Zimmerman would have declined meeting Police at the gate, at the clubhouse or at his truck and instead asked for Police to call his phone so he could "let them know where he was".

- As for the tucked under .... it leads the questions ... how did they get tucked under OR did Zimmerman not move the arms to begin with like was said?

Not every broken nose leaves massive amounts of blood. You will bleed, but not always bleed profusely.

That's true. When I was a teenager my nose was broken by being hit in the face with a baseball. I don't recall it bleeding at all. I did have to have it set.

I guess it depends on how 'catholic' he is. Lots of people claim a religion but aren't really.

I don't think the prosecution was very happy with their witness .. the lady cop.
Serino - lead investigator - is on the stand now. THis is an important witness.
I've been waiting on this .... he knows his stuff .....

Are you saying he lived OUTSIDE this gated community (Retreat at Twin Lakes) and on his way to the store, he decided to drive through this gated community for some reason?

Rain wouldn't wash away all the blood. Forensics would still find some if some was there.

Even one of the cops responding went the wrong way because he wasn't familiar and everything looked the same.

Would that have been the same moment on the 911 tape where the dispatcher asked if he was following and he said yes and was then told that they dont need him to do that?

No it was not the same time. You have your timeline mixed up.

He knew enough to know the street went around in a circle. Sorry to say, but his re-enactment video spoke VOLUMES of truth. Truth that he's lying. In this day and age of digital cameras...how come no one video taped the event? How come no one bum rushed to help??? Where were the people in the complex?This guy must be getting his script from the White House.

Based on John Goods sworn statements we know that Martin was on top of Zimmerman pounding the snot out of him. Forensics back that up. What we do not know .. what no one knows ... is this ... did Zimmerman jump Martin or did Martin jump Zimmerman. Zimmerman claims Martin jumped him. There is no evidence to back the claim that Martin jumped ZImmerman or that Zimmerman jumped Martin. The truth ... no one knows. And if no one knows, there can't be Murder 2 conviction.

from Zimmermans broken nose onto Martins hands.

I tend to believe that Zimmerman did hold Trayvon's arms out like he said, that seems to be supported by witnesses who came out after the shooting. The Spanish speaking women who said the guy on top was supporting himself up by leaning into the person on the ground. I am pretty sure she mentioned the arms being out specifically.

I"m checking the weather for that night. The blog is saying anything from drizzle to downpour.
Nothing comes up on google to know how hard it was raining.

How is my timeline messed up?

When the 911 dispatcher asked him if he was followjng, he said yes, and was told they dont need him to do that.

In the recorded statement he gave the woman at the station, he mentioned the dispatcher asked if he was following but he said he told the dispatcher something like "I dont know...I dont know where he went." Leaving out the part where he said yes, and was told they dont need him to follow...why would he change that part?

right now after cross by defense, the prosecution seems to be impeaching their own witness. the lady cop.
i wonder if they realize how disparate they appear.

the state had better step up and provide some more evidence, so far it's just like a talk show.

So far none of the prosecutions 20+ witnesses have disproved Zimmerman's account beyond a "reasonable doubt" to get him on 2nd degree murder.

Most people are not going to intervene in a fight. The women witnesses were scared. One told her husband to not go outside. It appears most didn't know of the seriousness until the gunshot. One man did go out at that point and even took pictures.

Now they are showing the movie made by Serino through the gated community.
Zimmerman is in the car narrating what happened.
Side note ... That's a gated community? It's ugly. And I'm not seeing any outdoor lighting.
So far ... Zimmermans story hasn't changed in this video from his statement .....

ETA ... again ... the pitch of Zimmermans voice .... it's much lighter than I would have thought.
I don't know why that's getting my attention .. but it is.
