One is dead, and code black called at hospital some time ago. Second suspect in the white cap that is still loose, has been confirmed as a bomber.

Scanner is now saying they are doing a street by street sweep. (Not sure where this is, possibly the Arsenal location referenced)

Police are just checking everything suspicious trying to locate the suspect.

Last report was there was no foot chase.

They are worried now they are chasing ghosts. It does indeed sound as though they are.

They are calling back anyone not at a scene. Sounds like they are trying to get their heads together again.

They called for bear cats which are heavily armored seat vehicles
