Agreed they should be arrested and questioned, not blasted dead though.

If they are not the suspect they should be let go. It goes back to lawful search laws. Despite what is happening I would like to see laws followed by those who are there to enforce them.

I was more under the assumption that the foot chase was with a confirmed suspect. So many conflicting stories it's hard to keep track
