They could be drug dealers, people on drugs, people scared who knows. People freak out for different reasons. Just because they are running is no reason to kill them. Even if it is the suspect they are looking for I want to hear why.

I heard them calling info over the Boston Police scanner feed for Mike Mulugeta. They reported his name, DOB and address to dispatch. When I hear this information being called on my local scanner it is when they have a suspect in custody with an ID.

Seems like they are focusing on arsenal court at the moment

Newton police officer was on the foot pursuit, now their police scanner i had access to is offline.

fbi currently not confirming suspects detained, boston police believe they have one bomber in custody. the other suspect in a white hat is still on the run

Newton dispatch reports that their officers were NOT in pursuit of the suspect. There is apparently No foot pursuit.

Stupid reporter on CNN is standing in Watertown in a black jacket and a black cap. Better not go walking around.

Scanner is now saying there is no foot pursuit in progress

now they are saying there is no longer a foot pursuit of the suspect
