From the looks of screenshots, these guys were not alone. I mean, the video shows what appears to be one of the suspects flanked by other hooded men with guns.

EDIT: Nevermind. Got it to download. Doesn't really look like either of the suspects. Sorry!

Maybe he has dynamite

They just said that the boats fuel tanks are full at the stern. They also just said they are getting to light up the boat. Saying they have conflicting plans. Trying to get their act together.
