Ha was just telling the lady friend about "In and out".

They HAVE to be using FLIR to see inside the boat and see what side he is on, and his movements.

Who knows really any truth in this yet. This kid might have been robbing convenience stores to support a drug addiction... Perhaps he stole a car last week? All of a sudden the whole world is trying to kill you. We just don't know anything much yet. He could be scared out of his mind for his life. Perhaps he is the genuine suspect. Or he may be the cold blooded murderer of civillians and police officers they say he is. My sympathy doesn't extend to him if thats the case.
