So does it sound like he got shot and is just dying in the boat?

I know they are scared about him maybe having an explosive...but they need to take this guy alive. I really hope this isn't just the police acting as judge, jury, and executioner.

I like how you left out my next line. I did say I hope it is the guy, but I don't want to see him ended now up in flames. I'd much rather hear what in gods name was in his head (if) it is the bomber in a court of law.
