Father says they were framed. Must have been a pretty good frame job considering a cop was killed.

I heard the cop they killed was shot in the head...and a spokesman said it was a COP, not campus security...they could have taken the vest off of him? Also explain the headshot? If the cop was wearing a provided vest from the FBI during the hunt?

Just wondering about the civil liberties precedent this can cause. Our laws aren't always voted for, primarily, it is based on case law and precedents, which can be a lot more dangerous after the event has passed.

I saw a tweet earlier saying that law enforcement was going door to door asking folks if they would like to have their home searched. If the homeowner chose not to have their home searched, then law enforcement was moving on to the next home.

If indeed that is the case, and apparently there are two vehicles their watching, then that would *confirm* multiple suspects, more than 2

In this context, yes...all about context.

This will not end well and sure most can agree with me. This kid is going to die in the end in some way or another. He is simply not going to surrender. He gets cornered, it's either a massive shootout and or he blows himself up.
IF he simply goes missing, then he has had help which is possible if you look at all of this. Terror cell ? Maybe. That's a really scary thought though. At that point we may see full on Martial Law for the entire damn State!

If they have probable cause that a armed and dangerous subject is in a building, or are in pursuit they don't need a warrant to enter ANY building.

Yeah, wonder what counts as probably cause.

Jeez, I've heard a damn siren outside every 10 minutes for the past two hours, and nothing is actually happening here...

Whatever they decide is probable cause. They will let the courts figure it out later. But I really doubt they are going around kicking down every door they come to.

As a poster pointed out earlier...they likely had a "handler/recruiter"..wether that 3rd suspect is local or abroad is the question.
