I agree it is very strange but not uniqe.

I think I'd have a hard time blending in to let's say the Saudi society, no matter how hard I tired. And I am being a cincerely tolerant and highly educated individual...

The "special" units have been in control of this situation from the beginning.

Local PD have been excluded from on-site participation & are being kept from the affected area.

Asking for second robot and second bearcat to be deployed and used with this individual. Not sure what they've seen yet.

Also getting the media off the corner of the parking garage and removing the individual on the roof.
