On the Fox 25 they're reporting some interesting info about background... Apparently the older brother had been in the Lowell Sun paper for some reason years ago and was quoted as saying he liked America and there were many jobs here, unlike Russia.

Apparently they were both mild mannered and showed no signs of such behavior. Involved in sports and such

This is a classic example of why every sane law abiding citizen needs to know how to use a firearm, so when a situation like this goes down, and sane people are armed, then the crazy person with the gun doesn't get this far.

Currently we live in a world of sane and insane people, it's not going to change anytime soon.

We can't legislate insanity, so the answer is giving people that are sane the chance to defend themselves.

I'm pretty sceptical about the Twitter account, like. It could be anyone. I can't imagine this guy, on the run, would have time to set up a Twitter profile to threaten the police.
