An reanimated might king shows up just as the battle gets going. The dragon suddenly realizes the eggs she laid are ready to hatch and flies off to Valeria carrying Danny along for the ride and every one dies.

Cersi killed end of episode or next week.

The Hound. His is the next logical death, particularly in regard to Arya's arc.

The Hound fights and is mortally wounded by the Mountain.

Arya intervenes, possibly killing the Mountain ( He's one of two names left on her list ).

Arya then mercy kills the Hound ( calling back to the time when she left him wounded, presumably to die a slow and ignoble death ).

( ETA: Just occurred to me that a more satisfying outcome could be that the Hound and Mountain mortally wound each other, leaving both down and dying - maybe in a larger scale battle... Arya comes on scene, dispatches the Hound with mercy and then leaves the Mountain to some sort of slow and painful death. )

That's right folks. I predict that tonight is Cleganebowl.

As for the rest of it? No clue. I think that, from a TV show standpoint, the only characters who have to survive for the final episode are Jon, Daenerys, Cersie, Tyrion and Sansa... But I say that knowing that the writers could well murder any of those ( except arguably Cersie ) as a way of getting cheap heat for the finale.

I take it you don't watch the you tube videos?? there's a theory going around that euron is looking up into the sky so concerned because there is more than one dragon coming at him and that has led to some wondering if maybe one of the dragons had laid eggs in valaria at some earlier time.

The books allude to a Euron Kraken...maybe Bran wargs into one

That sounds good, but who knows with D and D, they are just trolling us at this point.

Everything you said plus fire. The mountain gets burned alive by Arya after she dispatches the hound out of pity..
Love it..just add fire..

I'm enjoying everyone's guesses!

---dawnstar---

I don't watch A lot of you tube I have limited high speed data. I had not heard that theory, and no offense, I find it ludicrous.

So maybe it will happen.

I was going to add an addendum by edit that while I love that theory, I do think the hound wins by fire..But I wanted the timestamp.

I've said it for pages..I gotta own it now right or wrong.

The only person I'm certain that isn't going to die is Bran.

Everyone else better have their wills made out.

Euron, both Cleganes, Varys, and Grey Worm.

Plus one major character death: Tyrion.

I like your dead pool,

Aside from Tyrion , if he's gonna die, in my opinion it's going to be saved for the last episode..

Everyone loves(or up to the last few seasons)/loved tyrion.

For the record I think tyrion survives.

But that is what's so great about this body of work, everyone has their own opinions about what may happen, and most are plausible with the amount of red herrings and baitfish in the pond.
