WACO was what I was thinking. Atleast it isn't full of innocent children this time!!

We know it was the police that started the fire once they had the fire department on standby, but that is not what the media is saying.

This thread has been at least 5 minutes ahead of CNN...

That's pretty distressing... a cop complaining that channel 2 is showing the burning cabin and, I believe, suggesting that they be pushed further back.

ETA: Now not "I believe" as a cop clearly said to make them stop.

The helo just said they are 7 miles off What are they trying to cover up?

Of course they did, even though all of us listening to scanners heard the cops light it, and it should be obvious to everyone else. No way the cops can get that lucky.
Also, they just told people to still stop broadcasting this, " it's still unsafe for the personnel."

This is the absolute worst reporting on CNN. Very convenient to pull back live shots right before they set a fire themselves.

At least no more innocent victims will be killed. Its too bad he didn't want to live, to have his name exonerated.
