I don't see it working either but it's all a matter of getting the world's eyes on North Korea and they're doing something right when it comes to that aspect, although certainly in a negative way. I think lil' Kim sees this as a victory and his only option when it comes to be taken serious so he's going to hold on to that with a hot-white grip.

Well, I told you there would likely be another belowground test and possibly a surface detonation within a week or so of the first shot. At least, they were setting up for them.
